I've eaten here twice now, and both times my food was oily and soggy. And I mean to the point where I decided not to finish my food. The food didn't taste bad, just too oily for my liking. I will say their salsa is delicious!
Service is fast, food however is basic. The presentation was poor. I ordered the deluxe plate and I thought I was missing an item because it was completely covered in lettuce with a sloppy dollop of salsa. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures. I also didn't have any liquor and every one near us did, maybe that is what I was missing. The drinks must be a 10!

Jasmine saves the day!
I like to go to Molina's on Sunday afternoon and sit at the bar, watch the game and have some good food. However the Sunday bartenders are horrible, the female that was there last year had zero personality and just rude, she was replaced by Mario who should be a bus boy and not a bartender, he gives a new definition for poor service and being nonobservant to customers.
Went back this last Sunday and a new girl named Jasmine was there, even tho she is brand new she was awesome and exactly what Molina's needs there. Hey Joseph! Clean house and make Jasmine the main bartender, I promise sales and customers will drastically pick up!

Love this place. However can you please put something next to the plates of what would be spicy? Some days it's hard to eat ir and some days it's not. And we tried to ask our waitress about it and she gave us a scripted speech then turn around to the couple next to us and tells them she's knew and doesn't know anything about the food. Come on really.

Can recommend. Very good American style Mexican food. We enjoyed it. A little noisy because of high ceiling and layout that could be fixed with some ceiling baffles.

I ordered the fajita chicken enchiladas and they were great! Loved the sauce it comes with. My wife ordered the fajita parillada and she loved her food as well. Its s good place for a Mexican meal. Will be returning.

Service was nice. It was nice and moody lighting like a dungeon. It was hard to read the menu. But once we brought out the cellphone torches we able to order. I order the borrrrito. It looked like a sloppy Joe but I know it was covered in love. I give it a 7/10. A bit dry. But again the service was fast and the people were friendly .

They served quite a huge selection of tex-mex food. We had chalupas for take out for dinner and we really like how generous they are with the veggies. The meat could also be more generous. Overall, the taste is good but prices can be better.

Ambiance was perfect for an early Sunday lunch. Wait staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Food was above average. Will definitely return.

A restaurant with a great ambience. They even serve nonalcoholic beer which was a big surprise. The shrimp tacos tasted great which was lightly sauced with the veggies.

I was looking for a good, affordable Mexican restaurant when I saw this Bellaire Blvd location on Google Maps. Back in the late 1980s and early 1990s, I dined at the Molina's Cantina on SH 6.
The food here is excellent and less expensive than many other quality restaurants in the area.
The complimentary chips are served with three different dips. I ordered the chicken enchiladas topped with a tomatillo sauce. The Spanish rice is light and fluffy.
I thoroughly enjoyed the meal, and it didn't break the bank. Now that I have "rediscovered" Molina"s, I will be returning.

Very good, but short staffed when we arrived. Felt like the prices were fair for the above-average Mexican food. The service was good, if a little slow. The shrimp quesadilla is really good, and definitely try the queso; it’s worth the calories!
