I was here to order to-go lunch. When I was at the counter to order, the waiter didn’t even provide the options to his questions he asked (what kinda rice, side, and so on). And when I was paying for the order I found that the price listed on Google is way different from my invoice. They actually charged me MUCH MORE. I went to the cashier to ask about this and they were very rude and inpatient and didn’t even want to help figuring out the reason or coming out a solution. If you don’t want to be mistreated by people in a not-cheap restaurant like here, don’t come. This restaurant is totally NOT recommended.

Thai chicken was dry, garlic chicken was 50% tofu….which I did not ordered.
Food was very dry and was not worth it.
I did not enjoyed and wonder how this got that many stars…. When you have to put food in trash…. It just is. It right.

Overall, the quality was amazing! I don't think I've ever had white meat chicken look that great. That's definitely a plus about this place. However, the food is terribly bland. This food is meant for people who don't like spicy nor flavorful food. I ordered the GENERAL TSO CHICKEN and received nuggets with a sugar sauce. I also ordered the crab rangoons and received a literal dab of cream cheese in a fried wonton.
If you're looking for high quality food, come here. If you're looking for flavorful, can't-wait-to-go-back Chinese food, go somewhere else.
Also, quite pricey. Spent almost $30 on my order w/tip.

This place is ridiculously bad. They delivered the wrong dish after an hour wait. I called to complain. They wanted me to pay an extra $2 for an exchange and have the wrong dish ready to return to the delivery guy. So, I have no food for another hour when they know the “return” will be trash. Totally bad service and unreasonable. The food is nothing special to boot.

If I could literally give no stars I would. First of all we waited two hours for our food. Next I found a long brown hair inside my food. When I called the store I was told that I could receive a credit. Wow. Not to mention my food was cold.

I always enjoy eating at Qin Dynasty. The food is great. Nice they offer a 7 day lunch special. The food always tastes great and your meal is delivered to you quickly.
Having a support staff really is a smart move as this really helps the waitstaff with bringing out your food and keeping your drink glass full.
I am disappointed that my favorite waitress Mae has left she was really friendly and attentive.

Overall great experience.
The food was delicious and service was fantastic. The ambiance was great and I enjoyed the whole experience. I hope to return again and enjoy another meal here. Great location and happy that it’s close to many other great places.

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the Houston area. The food is always fresh, delicious, quick and a great value. We always bring a meal home due to the size of the portions. My favorite is the HAPPY FAMILY, but everything on the menu is very good and made to order. The Sushi is also excellent.
Now, let me talk about the service. This is without a doubt one of the top restaurants anywhere for the table service. Your glasses will never be empty. You want some wonton noodles - no problem. You want to take home a portion of your meal - let me box that for you. Excellent, attentive service. Very nice!

Good service, even better food. The restaurant could use some updates to the decor but it's pleasant. We ordered seafood egg rolls, mongolian beef, sweet and tangy chicken, pork fried rice, and honey BBQ ribs.
