I highly recommend this place for their beef noodle soup and potstickers! You know it's good when the place is always busy and the patrons are often asian.
Food was delicious ! Portion size was nice and big, so we got a lot of food for a good price. The buns were big and fluffy and so tasty. The fried pork dumplings were so tasty, you needed minimal sauce, they were that flavorful. The beef soup is a new favorite, the broth is rich, the meat was tender. A new favorite spot ! Paid in cash as suggested by others, menu has pictures and English descriptions, service was quick and friendly.

I wanted to try the Taiwanese beef noodle soup and googled and found this place. Everyone was happy with the soup and the dumplings so I had to try. It was a bit late for me so I want to be in and out within 1 hour. It really took 45 minutes for me. From order to food coming out is less than 10 minutes. The food was very good and big portions and I was satisfied with my dinner. I just love these local mom and pop places and the owners so really nice. He was happy that I found it from google.

Was in town visiting friends and family and we had a fun gathering here. We ordered a variety of dumplings and filled ourselves with delicious food. The staff was very helpful and informative.

One of the best Taiwanese noodle places I’ve had in Texas. The vibe, the food, the people just takes you to a restaurant in Taiwan. Definitely must stop-by-place in Chinatown.

Delicious, affordable and filling! Great service. Many to-go and frozen options to cook later. We had the beef noodle soup and dumplings on the side.
For the beef, it was big chunks of very tender beef stewed in its broth, beautiful beads of fat at the top and NOT greasy. Robust flavor profile, hearty and aromatic. The noodles tasted so fresh, they must be hand pulled. There is some type of pickling they use as a topping that pairs perfectly with the flavor profile of the beef noodle soup. SCRUMPTIOUS! ????
The dumplings had plenty of meat in them and were definitely hand made. The chili oil with the dumplings and a dash of the vinegar made this plate extremely addicting. I loved the crispy bottom and the steamy top, then take a bite and experience all those flavors of chicken, pork, chive, spices and the chili crisp and vinegar all together… and for the price… just wow…
I’m glad we went here instead of fast food for lunch. We beat the lunch rush as well, a little after 12pm. this place has big turnout and with that said, very fast turnover. You won’t wait long
BRING CASH ????

If you are craving for authentic Chinese wonton noodles, then this is the place. I would recommend the roast beef noodles and wonton noodles. The pork buns wer also good and they have a lot of to go options too.

Beef noodle soup: beef shanks are braised well, very tender.
Chives pot stickers: good flavor, low on the salt to allow the soy sauce to fill out the flavor.
Definitely recommend.
Dine in is back! Noodle soups are best when served fresh.

Quick facts:
- Dine in open!
- 3.5% charge for credit cards
- Limited English, but good enough overall
Ordered beef noodle soup, pan fried pork and chives dumplings, and the chicken steak rice plate thing. We meant to order the pork ribs plate thing but they misunderstood and we got chicken instead.
Beef Noodle soup is good and rich. Super tender beef.
Pan fried pork dumplings are the best thing ever. I highly recommend. Soft, moist, flavorful, and goes great with the sauce they give.
Chicken steak Noodle rice plate thing is OK. The chicken was pretty bland. The tofu that comes with it isn't that good to me.
I'm going to try the pork ribs next time and definitely the dumplings again. They have ready-made food as well.
