Overall Rating

We picked two hamburgers (I-10 and Conrad Sauer). Both were amazing. Hassan is the cook, the waiter and the host ...and everything was just perfect, including the waiting time. I really recommend this place !!

Great food, great service. Its a little pricey but it was great. $6 to upcharge sweet potato fries is a bit much.

Fries were terrible and the burgers were a little bland. Also the online prices are almost twice what you pay in store, so definitely just go yourself if you want to eat here.

I cannot for the life of me see why Spring Branch Burger Shack has 4.4 stars.

Just had them for the 3rd and last time.

Order placed at 1:24pm and was told 20min

At 1:50 my order came out but was sent to a table eating in and 1/2 burgers was incorrect.

At 2:05 I got my full order.

I get home and no sauces were in the bag or in the burger. The first burger and fries were cold waiting for the 2nd one to get corrected. The second burgers fries were over cooked.

All for a burger that tasted like something I make at home. So disappointing. Never again with this place.

The burger I ordered tastes great, fresh and simple. Especially stir fried onion (I guess so) on the burger was a good surprise.

I ordered food delivered from this restaurant through Doordash, and to date it's one of the most disgusting burgers I've ever had. Doordash's order screen asks how you want the burger cooked, so I put medium rare. As the photo shows, it's not medium rare, or medium, or medium well, or well done. It's burned to a crisp.

The onion rings were decent, but I wouldn't recommend the fries (frozen), or the fried pickles (stuck together and mushy). I would commend the restaurant for packaging--the order was tidily placed in containers and wrapped, and arrived fairly warm.

It's a quaint neighborhood place that I think was originally just Simply Greek but now it's both the Burger Shack and Simply Greek. They look to be adding hot dogs eventually so it will be Simply Greek, Burger Shack and Top Dog! It was our first time and we went with burgers. The burgers are named after local streets in the area and have a wide variety of combinations. My wife had the "donut burger" and I had the "pizza burger" (sorry forgot their street name). My wife got the donut burger plain and dry and it was really good (I had a couple of bites). The pizza burger had tiny pepperonies on top! The real surprise was the fries. We went with waffle and they were really crispy and seasoned. I don't think I've had a waffle fry that crispy. We thought the food was really great and will be back. I plan to try the Greek menu next. Prices per burger, pita or plate seemed to range from $12 to $15. So a little over $30 for 2 people.

Great innovative ideas on the burgers. Good mixes . Just need a little more tweaks on the follow through to brome legendary. The beef patty was pretty good. The bread ... brioche bun needs a little more help.. toasting it would help... seems like too much bread. The waffle fries... probably just an off day.. all the waffle fries were bits and pieces...I would have rather had 4 to 5 whole pieces than a plate of scraps... over all it was decent.

SB burger shack is a hidden gem. I grew up in Spring Branch, so having the burgers named after the streets here is pretty awesome. The place is like a hole in the wall, mom and pops type of restaurant. The restaurant is surrounded by lots of trees, and I will admit, I got stung by a bee while eating. (BEWARE!) Overall, the burger taste fresh and was really juicy. I enjoyed the waffle fries the most. The seasoning was perfect. 4 stars because they don’t sell bottled waters, they only offer tap. :)
