Absolutely amazing! We came here on a Friday night, no reservations, no fancy attire, just empty bellies. The ambiance is great for date night, family dinner, bar seating or special occasion. The valet, hostess, servers, bartenders are all very classy & well trained.
The food was divine & drinks were perfectly mixed.
This is our second time here. The food is great!!! I like to get the big fish (snapper) in the brick oven roasted. It’s soooooo delicious. Nice and crispy outside without being deep fried….and you get the whole fish seasoned with just the right amount of fresh herbs. However m, out oysters were just a tad bit over grilled. They replaced them; of course. Our cocktails were just right and sealed the evening wonderfully. Omer always go here when we want good seafood.

First time trying but was very pleased! Everything was very tasty! Service as amazing my waitress Claire I think suggested a wonderful cocktail for a nice fruity flavor. The oysters evidently very fresh. Sushi was tasty salad was fresh yet fulfilling. Will definitely be returning for brunch in the near future!

Just know I will be back!!
Things to know: Valet parking is free before 6pm. Tip your valet. Reservations are recommended especially on Sundays. We were a party of 6. The dress code is smart casual.
Glows (Areas that were great): Great customer service, food options, great drinks ( generous pour), clean restrooms, ambiance and flavor of food. They have brunch!! Who doesn't love a great brunch. You can expect items such as oysters, soups, bisque, omelets, steak, all seafood options and a couple sweet treats. They had monkey bread and Cinnamon Rolls. The adult beverages are prepared with love, so drink responsibly lol. The grilled oysters omg! The best Rockefeller I've had.
Grows (Areas that could have been better during this visit: This could just me but I prefer my meat inside of the omelet not on top. Our tab was all mixed up, but we just paid the tickets we were given. These areas are definitely not deal breakers. There were not many grows during this visit.

This restaurant is my new favorite! They were even out of the chocolate cake we wanted for dessert so we got the beignets and they were incredible with a raspberry, chocolate, and butterscotch dipping sauce. We went here after seeing a Matinee at AD players around the corner and it was the perfect experience. My surf and turf was incredibly delicious (even the carrots!) and I’m not usually a non shellfish person but the fish my husband ordered was seasoned perfectly!

Talk about an incredible selection of the freshest seafood in the galleria. With over 4 types of oysters, sushi rolls, fish, steaks to possibly the BEST crab cakes I have tasted.... Willie G delivers an experience like no other.

This was one of the best upscale Louisiana styled seafood restaurants I've ever been to. The restaurant was beautiful and the service was great. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. And hearing the gumbo was the best. I tried it and was definitely impressed. My only minor negatives was that I ordered a bourbon street plate and wasn't expecting pasta at a seafood place and it was the only dish that had pasta. Yet it wasn't really stated in the name or mentioned by our server. Also you are forced to do valet. There's regular parking and as I was parking there the valet driver rushed and parked a car being valet in the only spot instead of their designated valet lot. I felt like they were trying to force people to use them . I'll definitely come back here again.

The best seafood uptown had to offer! Delicious and fresh all around including dessert! Can't believe the selection they still have with supply chain issues right now! God bless Houston!

Celebrated my birthday here for the 1st time. We dined in for a late lunch which was absolutely amazing. This place is a bit pricey but worth every dime. We had the lobster rolls, the sea bass, crab cakes, wedge salad and seafood salad. Everything tasted great. I would highly recommend a visit here. Enjoy ????

Willie G's is awesome...located in the parking lot of the Post Oak Hotel, the location is very nice. The restaurant layout is very modern and the atmosphere is amazing. I had the Bits and Pieces as an appetizer. It was delicious corn floured snapper bites and onion rings. For dinner I had the Gulf Snapper Melissa...hands down some of the best snapper I have ever had. The bar tender Charlie was very cool and down to earth. I made me some drink concoctions that had me floating on Cloud 9 lol...I highly recommend trying out this spot...FYI - Don't forget your wallet, it can get a little pricey...lol.

Tried this place about a week ago. We wanted to try somewhere we have not been before that has a nice ambience! This place has the ambience of of grown sexy! Right when you go in, you are warmly greeted and you can hear the electric vibe. The server was attentive! The food came out promptly and we started with the drinks and appetizers. Cocktail drinks were not the best, but the appetizers the salad picture below, was flavorful, good portion and really good. The main course however totally kill the mood. We were not impressed. We got that steam fish, lobster, mash potatoes, and Brussels sprouts. The fish lack season and really any taste, the Brussels sprouts were a bit burnt, and the mash potatoes just lack of cream and taste. The only thing that was somewhat tasty was the lobster. Overall the ambience, the server, and the appetizer made this place a lot better then what it is!

Valentine’s Date night!! We wanted to try somewhere we have not been before that has a nice ambience, so I booked Willie G’s! What a lovely place from the location to the decor of the building. Right when you go in, you are warmly greeted and you can hear the electric vibe. However, they took us to one of the back rooms and the energy dropped, feels very different, but quaint. The server, Sara was awesome and very attentive. The food came out promptly and we started with the drinks and appetizers. Cocktail drinks were not the best, but the appetizers were incredible…flavorful, good portion and really good. They even have a happy hour that I will need to comeback and try. Next to the main entrees and not impressed. The steak was not the best cut and very chewy, even when I ordered medium rare. The steak knife was dull, so I used the butter knife. If you get the Parmesan fries, note that they are fully size potato wedges of 4-5 inches and not cut into small pieces. Live, love, laugh…ChowChow Time!
