Best burger I've ever had. It had Swiss cheese, bacon, pickled jalapenos, avocado, fresh lettuce, tomato and onion. The bun was delicious too. If you're craving an extravagant burger, this is the place! Ate it too fast to take a pic of it (and wasn't even hungry, ha!).

Calling this place Seafood and Grill is a real stretch. Very little seafood on the menu, more like a bar menu than an actual grill. I tried the fish and chips, the fish was frozen and fried filets. (Not handmade). The bartender was pleasant, but the menu should be re-vamped if they want customers.

Service was extremely slow I ordered a beer and the waiter took forever to get it like they had to cook it or something. Very slow service don’t waste your time going

Asado seafood and grill is in the Hilton hotel which is now a post covid restaurant. We have decided to go see how it is you seat yourself so we were told the restaurant is divided in two one part is from breakfast and lunch and the smaller section is dinner only. I assume most of the food is ordered by hotel guests as room service. We had the chef special which was Asian stir-fry Red Snapper. I was very good but I don't this this will be an everyday option on the menu. We also ordered the steak with mashed potatoes. It was not worth the 32 bucks I paid for it. It was tough even at medium rare. The other appetizer was fried spinach tasty but it just sautéed spinach and butter the good thing is the sides are not expensive like the over priced steak. All I can say is if your in the hotel and don't know the area and this is all you have then yes eat here but the Asado Seafood and grill will go on my one and done list of restaurants. The customer service was great!

I had breakfast here.
Service was slow....first I had to find the setter this meant going in the back - ridiculous. Then I asked for a diet coke took forever. Placing the order guess what slow.

Never once did they check to see if I needed anything finally I finished I waited 10 minutes and he never came back so I got up and left.

Don't go here unless you are bored or have time to just sit.

Expensive, but convenient. Wait staff can be hit or miss, same thing with the bartenders.

Poor customer service at the bar by the blonde bartender mixed with the undercooked meat does not make me want to come back. The website says the restaurant is open until midnight, that is a lie. The restaurant closes at 9:00 pm. The only saving grace was the red headed bartender that had exceptional service. Don’t waste the money and grab yourself a burger from across the highway.

We found ourselves at the airport Hilton San Antonio when our flight was cancelled. At dinner I ordered the red snapper. It was one of the best pieces of fish I had ever eaten! I told our wonderful waitress Lisa to pass along our compliments to the chef. She promised to do so and a few minutes later, Christian the chef came out to talk to us. I repeated my rave review of the dish and he was very appreciative. It certainly helped make our day delay more enjoyable.
