PROS:
I loved the atmosphere. We sat outside but I wasn’t hot because they had fans blowing. The complimentary Fideo soup was delicious as well as the sope. The waitress was extremely nice.
CONS:
The food was slow to come out though. The portions was very small. More like tapas. The tacos and gorditas were okay.
Patio is nice and fresh. Pozole and Caldo Tlalpeño were great. One disappointment was the agua the Jamaica, it was closer to purple kool-aid (very sweet and very little Jamaica flavor) but at least it kids really like it. Bathrooms need a little love.

This is one of the most fabulous little places I have ever been to!! It's authentic homemade Mexican food. They only serve corn but it's so worth it. Not at all what I'm used to for the area but so good!!
And the patio is adorable!! And when you sit under the huts it keeps you cool and they have fans going and it's so clean...
I cannot say enough good things about this place!! ❣️????✨

Grateful to have a stumbled on this place! The food was delightful and authentic. Loved the blue corn chips and salsas too but unfortunately they do charge for them not a huge deal but kinda a bummer since most places serve them as a courtesy. The service was attentive, helpful, and pleasant. We will definitely return to try more things on the menu or more of their Mole!! ????

Pork,, Puerco Cascabel
The portion is a bit small but the flavor is fantastic. I Would definitely be coming back and trying different items on this menu
A great place for a nice meal out on the patio even in a hot day it was quite comfortable

Fantastic lunch! Servers were excellent and personable. Homemade soup was very good. Pork and chicken dishes were awesome. The beans were the best I ever had. The cold salad (looks like green beans) is not something I would normally eat but was good. Highly recommend.

Great authentic Mexican food. The flavors are authentic, just like Mexican homemade food. The cafe de olla was perfect, really recommend it. I had the machacada plate and it was good, the meat was not salty like other restaurants. I enjoyed this spot very much. Recommended if you are looking for authentic Mexican food, not tex-mex.

Cafe de ollo was delicious! Great spot for brunch. Very attentive staff. Seating indoor and outdoor available. Paid parking was available in the lot next door for $10. Was able to handle dietary restrictions like vegetarian, vegan and gluten free.

Really nice location and very good service. The mole de olla was good. Chilaquiles were extremely plain. Quesadillas de flor de calabaza and huitlacoche were tasty, but fried for too long. Really good salsas, specially the red one. It’s not worth the drive from outside the loop but it is ok if in the area.

OH my gosh!!! This restaurant is by far one of my top places in San Antonio. The food is so good so many flavors. It’s consistent, the service is awesome, friendly and respectful above all. We definitely we be coming back on our next trip. We had the Choriqueso tacos , Torta de asada and Enmoladas .
