Great place to celebrate. Lots of tequila, i got one shot with the bandera (to represent the colors of the Mexican flag) treatment which has lemon and a bloody mary mix so you can mix yourself. Warning-Coffee does not come with refills. I had the basket of tacos and the cazuela with mole, chips and 4 salsa sampler and the octopus tacos which was a good mix of food for me and a friend. Kind of pricey and great taste.

2nd time, wife kept asking to try Cuishe again after a bad 1st dining in. I'm glad she was right and it was a fluke. The food is delicious, highly recommend ordering Chicharons on a bed of Avacado! Good chill atmosphere.

So many selections it was hard to decide on what to order! From street eats type foods like lengua, And odd delicacies like bichon (fried bugs) and ant larva, to what you would expect at a Mexican place like enchiladas and flautas. Loved the guacamole plate with sirloin, and the fideo. Drinks were great too. The lengua tacos had waaay too much grease. Nice patio, upscale feel inside. Service is always excellent. Memo was great! Will definitely go back.

The Cuernavaca margarita was amazing. Like a regular margarita but with Guanabana as the main flavor. Green enchiladas were the best tasting I’ve had in a looong time. The sirloin carpaccio was amazing also. Our server was really good and had great recommendations. Always impressed here!

Amazing food! If you have an exquisite paladar then this is your place! Memo was a great server both times we were there, as soon as you sit in they will give you a shot of seafood soup with an amazing taste, the tomahawk was incredible and I was surprised about the artichoke being natural cooked on the grilled! You must try pastel de campechana and if you have really sweet tooth order Carlota de cajeta!

This was our first time eating here and it did NOT disappoint! From the friendly, welcoming, and helpful service from our waiter, Ricardo, to the beautifully crafted drinks, to the delicious and authentic food, I can honestly say the experience we had at Cuishe was 10/10. While deciding which drink to order, I asked Ricardo about the “cricket salt” that was used on the rim for the “Aguascalientes”, and he was nice enough to bring us some crickets to try! (I will say, I found out that I am not a fan of eating crickets ????, but it was still fun to try something new! You can tell Ricardo really cared about our experience and was always checking in to see if we needed anything.) There was also live music from a great band, which we found out is there every Thursday. My mom and I are big fans of fruity drinks, so we ordered the “Veracruz” (cucumber flavored drink) and the “Aguascalientes” (watermelon flavored drink; but I asked for it with a Tajin rim), and for my dad, Ricardo recommended the “Cantarito”. All three drinks were amazing! We would definitely go back for the drinks alone, but the food was also just as good! For our appetizer, we ordered the “Camarones Cuishe”, the “Chicharron de Pulpo”, and the “Fresh Guacamole con Panela Asado”. For our meals, we ordered the “Tacos de Camaron”, the “Flautas”, and the “Arrechara”. Safe to say we will DEFINITELY be back again, and next time we will hopefully try one of their desserts! (Ricardo offered, but we were just so full! Lol) Thank you, Cuishe for a great dining experience!

Fantastic drinks (known for their tequila)! I pride myself on finding the best and spiciest salsas and let me say this place had the best salsa I’ve had in San Antonio. It was so layered and deep with its flavors and the spice was ridiculous! Don’t get the salsa if you can’t handle major heat. Overall good experience but still need to try their food!

We found this place doing a quick google search which trying to kill some time while waiting for our rental car. It was mid afternoon so we got seated right away. Wait staff was very nice and helped explain the items on the menu which was a lot different than we were use to coming from Phoenix lol. She explained that this menu was not Texmix but more authentic Mexican cuisine. I decided to try the salmon ???? which was baked with a glazed cream sauce and was very yummy. We had a coffee after wards and it was really good ???? would definitely recommend if you are in the area. Great patio seating with TV on the outside.

So this place does things a bit different, in a good way!
Their drinks are Reeeeaaallllyyyyy good here.
Check out this menu. The homemade quacamole and beef is out of this world. Enchiladas for those who are not daring. The atmosphere was great. Both for the day time lunch crowd to the late night snackers. It's even got a patio. Check out this cool restaurant in the stone oak area. P.S. I liked it better than Frida thats just down the road.

Let me start by saying, at first glance this place is trendy in the way that usually that means the food is not good but the ambiance is cool. Visiting from Las Vegas I have high expectations from places that charge me more.

I got Sopes and Al Pastor to go on my first night. I was pleasantly surprised to see how accurate they tasted in authenticity. I went back with my daughter for lunch to try some other stuff. She had a Milanesa that was perfectly cooked. Not over done and a great golden color. I had Al Pastor again and ordered a Mole cazuela and Chicharron cazuela. Both were very well done and the Mole some of the best that wasn’t at my mom’s house. Couple of Micheladas that were made well.

Our server/bartender Diego was excellent! Good service, chill attitude, attentive. My daughter’s rice did not come out but it was not a big deal. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.Food was some of the best Mexican food I have had at a restaurant. Enjoy!
