Domingo is a small simple restaurant with a fairly limited menu. However, the menu options are of great quality from what I tasted. The elote street corn skillet had great flavors. The Mexican hamburger was good and had generous toppings. Bun was great. Green Chile enchiladas were tasty and the sauce was fresh. Dessert churros were warm and fresh from the fryer with salted caramel and chocolate sauce. Cafe Domingo drink was an interesting coffee style drink for the end of dinner.
With nice weather the outdoor patio is awesome in a great location.
Food here was Amazing and the location is a whole vibe. We were staying at the Doubletree hotel and needed a late dinner and was so happy to have come across this restaurant. It is located inside of the Canopy Hotel so it was a little tricky to find and it was a bit misleading that it shows open 24hrs which the hotel operating hours. The kitchen closes at 10pm and I was pleasantly surprised that they take orders right up until that time.
What we liked:
Fish tacos were amazing,
Crispy chicken burger was good,
Cornbread was the best I have had
Great ambiance and cool artwork.
Wait staff was really friendly and quick service.

We came here for a weekend lunch, and every single dish was delicious! Fried chicken, corns, short ribs quesadilla, churro waffle and chicken enchiladas were all very good. The cocktails and mocktails were also very good. Also, the service was nothing to complain about, and sitting right next to the riverwalk was definitely a bit plus. Although they still had plenty of tables empty, they didn’t let us and other customers in, so I would suggest customers to still make reservations to ensure that they could be seated soon. Overall, we had very good experiences dining here.

Domingo Restaurant and it’s amazing staff made my first night and last night in San Antonio not just amazing, but memorable and fun! Not only is the food delicious and fantastic (the Baja Fish Tacos with Halibut is nothing short of perfection!), the drinks to die for (they know how to do a margarita right!), but the stellar staff is what made me come back to finish my trip off right. Sonia is not just gorgeous, but an asset to the team by heading up a fantastic staff of hero’s that not just take your order, but draw you in as part of the Domingo family with their hospitality and charm. My waiter Michael took my order with a smile and made sure I was not just satisfied, but happy and enjoying my evening. The best part of it all was Cleo, who managed not just to cheer me up and turn my boring evening into a fiesta, he also remedied any problems with a smile and his amazing work ethic. The staff at Domingo honestly wants to see your meal and day to perfection, and I owe the success of my trip, and making not just San Antonio, but Texas a phenomenal and memorable experience. Please, bring your family and friends to Domingo if you are looking for excellent food, amazing hospitality, and a staff that will see to it that you have everything you need for a stellar evening!

My wife and I wanted to check out a nice restaurant before her work trip. We happened to run across Domingo’s insta so decided to check it put. So glad we did! Hands down the best restaurant we have found in San Antone so far from relocating here. The service was professional as hell and the food was absolutely amazing. It’s definitely more a fine dinning establishment so not for a quick/cheap bite to eat but well worth it. If you want a great dinning experience I cannot recommend enough. Plus, if there is a wait they have a lovely bar on the 3rd floor overlooking the river walk.

AMAZING food and location! We stayed at the Canopy Hotel in which this restaurant is apart of and we were so lucky to be able to try their brunch, lunch and dinner options. Hands down try the Baja fish tacos, cilantro marinated fish and the churro waffles! Their coffee is local from Merit and my husband raved about the flavor! Also ask for Hector he was an amazing waiter and took care of us on all our meals!

My wife and I stayed at Canopy while in town for a wedding and had dinner our first night at Domingo.
The food, service and ambiance was great for a casual, yet great quality/value dinner. Our server Dominic was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the various menu items. He was spot on with his recommendations.
I highly recommend finishing off your meal with the churros - homemade, hot and the perfect amount of sweetness to end the meal. Bravo! ????

I really enjoyed this place. The green Chile and chicken enchiladas were some of the best I’ve had . We also had the shrimp cocktail for an app, which was ok. The passion fruit margarita left me wanting one more, but for my own sake I wanted to be able to walk out on my own hehe! Our waitress/bartender Kristin and Connor were great, always checking in on us. Only complaint was the pricing, especially with the appetizer that was sub par in my opinion, but can understand in the economy we are in now.

Love this restaurant! I’ve eaten here twice now, and it’s been delicious both times. Highly recommend eating in the outdoor patio area if weather permits. Great music selection too!
I got the chicken tacos, and they were phenomenal! Only critique would be that the tortillas (which were delicious!) were a little too small, so I had to eat most of the taco with a fork before I could pick it up and eat it, but all in all, well worth it and would recommend!

Very reliable in "goodness" Been here multiple times during our stay at The Canopy and it is great to have close access to quality food.
Hubby really enjoyed the churro waffles-unique.
The other dish pictured is an egg white omelet, my son felt it was average.
Service is great.
This place has the best guacamole and chips I've ever had. It's always on our "to order" list when we visit.
