Have been coming to Eddie V's for many different occasions, from personal, professional, and special celebrations for both. It's best to make reservations as it does get crowded, but have come before without reservations. First thing you'll notice is the great service as soon as you walk in the door. The hostesses will quickly verify get you checked-in and escort you to your table. Server will immediately come over to introduce themselves, take your drink & appetizer orders, and explain any off-menu specials.
As far as the food, have never ordered anything I didn't like. Have ordered just about every appetizer, all oysters, most entrees, most accompaniments, most desserts, etc... Everything is always plated and presented very nicely. Some of my favorites have been the seafood items such as the oysters, tartare's, and sea bass. Favorite dessert is easily the bananas foster.
It's a personal preference, so order whatever you're in the mood for and you won't be disappointed. Amazing food and service.
My experience tonight was exceptional from the second I walked in to the second I left. I was late for my reservation but was instantly seated. I was expecting to be at the bar but I received a table! My server Caitlin, was nothing short of amazing. She had an awesome personality and was so attentive and timed my meal perfectly. Her service made it seem like I was her only table. Since I ordered the Restaurant Week menu, there are multiple courses/dishes. After finishing my dish, Caitlin would come and pick it up and within 5 minutes, another one would be out. But it did not seem rushed at all! The food itself was great. I was a little nervous after having the lobster bisque as it wasn’t as good as I had hoped, but everything else was delicious. The filet mignon was amazing! So flavorful and tender. The Banana Fosters Cake was a nice surprise! I didn’t know it would be on fire. It tasted delicious as well! Overall, between the food and service, I will definitely be returning.

Great food, atmosphere and fantastic service. Thank you Christine you were awesome. Great place to celebrate our anniversary. Everyone was very friendly. Impressed with our first visit and didn't leave hungry like some fine dining establishments.

Always great food and great service! The manager Mike was very attentive and our server was great as well. My favorite thing on the menu is the bananas foster butter cake. I have travelled across the country and no other place has better banana foster than Eddie V’s.

Wonderfully upscale cuisine in a hip uptown location. The staff was extremely polite and attentive. I felt like we were the only table there. My glass was never below a third full. Our dishes came out of the kitchen in perfect multi course succession. The steak tartare was a balance of rich, butter like steak mixed table side with capers and herbs. The diamond martini is delicious and the oysters were juicy and flavorful. We are going back, for sure.

First time coming here. My only recommendation would be for the wait staff to ask if patrons have been there before. The menu was a bit confusing, but manageable to understand (no sides were included so I ordered separately, however, they were HUGE portions. I put some on my plate and still had enough to take home.) I was given a birthday card and little birthday confetti were on the table. Kids were given little Easter bags too with toys in them. Mojito had a very strong lemon flavor to it as well which wasn't very appealing, but again, I made do. Overall, I'd come back again.

Service and food was superb. Our server, Devon, went above and beyond. He was very responsive, and his recommendations were excellent. We had the swordfish topped with shrimp scampi and the lightly breaded sea bass in lemon butter sauce. Both options were excellent, elegant, and delicate, and the taste was amazing. For desert, we had the banana foster flambe, with pecan ice cream and soft chocolate cookies. Once again, the options were amazing. This is our fourth time dining in, and the restaurant continues to surprise us with a variety of choices and excellent service. We can't wait to visit again.

Ambience, Atmosphere, Food, service is excellent. Chef and the servers are very attentive to the detail. Very nice for special occasions. It was our anniversary and Eddie's made us feel very special. We had Lobster Bisque, grilled shrimp with lump crab,Norwegian Salmon, chicken fingers, fruit plate. Really happy with their services and the food was exceptional. Seafood was good. Drinks we had Margarita on the rocks, old fashioned. Both were really good. Fully recommend this restaurant for special occasions.

Everyone raved about the service so I took my husband here for his birthday dinner yesterday. When we arrived the hostess was taking what looked like a personal call for 5 minutes. A different hostess finally arrived and we were seated. Once at the table the service was “forced”. The
server made us feel as if we were a bother. At the end of dinner my husband requested the dessert menu and he was told “well I was going to bring you a complimentary dessert” to which my husband replied indicating a preference for the menu. We had seen in reviews that the birthday dessert is banana foster. I have a distinct dislike for banana as the smell makes me nauseous. Needless to say we were less than happy when the water came and plunked down the “Happy Birthday” dessert. He walked away so fast I didn’t get a chance to re-request the dessert menu. The food was excellent, but what really attracted us to choose Eddie V’s was the reportedly excellent service. I’m not sure what was going on but it was a disappointing experience.
