Great food. Service was fast for Saturday lunch. Server was great, very attentive. Fun atmosphere and outside dining on the patio by the River.

I would give them 100 stars if I could but 5 is wonderful. Not enough time or room to get it all in. We have been to them across the US but MAUI and SAN ANTONIO are our most favorite ones. Maui in 1995 Wife birthday and OMG how great it was. I will add some of our favorite photos. Thanks for reading.u

Good ood great waiter. But poor service on the order. In the kitchen. Just because you are short handed. Is not A excuse to. Have. Customers waiting 40 min. After 1 hour. And 20 min wait. To get seated. There is no excuse for. Customers waiting. The have them waiting for there food again. But. Everyone else and. The food was good. But. Because you are short handed. Is not ok. The close your doors. And. Find something else. The managers she be cooking if it is that bad.

Steak was so juicy!! Drinks made were very good! Daisy did a great job!! We sat at the bar to eat and she was super nice and talkative. Hard Rock Cafe at the Riverwalk. Come see Daisy she’s awesome! Tip her god!

If you travel to San Antonio Texas, you have to stop at Hard Rock café located at River Walk. Excellent service and food! ( Here enjoying Premium Service Brad and 360 Painting party with friends)

These people know how to serve customers. Even though the place was packed, we didn't have to wait to be seated. The host treated us like she knew us and set a great vibe. Delicious and refreshing drinks. I'm not one to eat hamburgers in restaurants, but the photos on the menu tempted me and it was no exception! They were delicious and juicy. In taste, they were perfect. Our waitress had to leave the shift, but she left us with an excellent waiter who took care of us on another level! The only thing missing was for the waiter to literally sit with us!
Excellent training given to the staff of this place! And of course I will visit them again!

Food is amazing! They were super quick to seat us, every where else we went they had o er a 2 hour wait. Their alcohol drinks are really good, not to strong but strong enough. Definitely will be back.

Staff was very slow despite being nearly empty with no customers. Food was okay, not bad but very overpriced. $80 with tip for a burger and chicken strips basically, ridiculous. I won't be back, but it was a nice experience.

$ Pricey but good. Ordered full rack of Ribs big portion but for $30. The Ribs were soft falling Apart I'll be back but not anytime soon.

I had a great birthday dinner here. My first time at the Hard Rock and it was great! Our waitress Emily was so sweet and very attentive the whole time.
I am a huge chicken wing junkie and Hard Rock has definitely beat out Pluckers and and Wing stop, they should definitely add more sauce options. I also had a strawberry Margarita on the rocks that was literally just what I needed after a day of walking along the river.
The atmosphere is really what brought me here, music industry memorabilia everywhere, great music playing over the sound system, the gift shop and it’s right in the middle of everything which I love.
The Hard Rock Cafe did not disappoint me at all and I look forward to visiting many more times!
