We have been comming to Los Ajos for years and has been our favorite place in the neighborhood to get authentic tex-mex. Our last visit was disappointing to say the least. The prices have gone up which is fine its understandable. But what was disappointing was the quality of the food and they no longer serve you tortillas w/ your meal its a seperate charge! Also Chips and Salsa Extra Charge. My drink was served in a Styrofoam cup that i didnt ask for and was also charged for as well. Beans had no flavor. Enchiladas were very flat and rice was bland almost white in color. I spent $18.00 including tip to get less but had to pay more. Im all for supporting local businesses but they should want to support their community as well this area is middle to low income families and we work hard for our money and want to get quality and customer service when we dine out. Unfortunately they have lost a family of customers and we will be taking our buisness across the street to the Jalisco. They have marked up prices but still get the same amount and quality of food no extra or hidden charges. Do better Los Ajos this isnt the way to treat your loyal local customers.
The waitresses are great here. The 2 times I've been here it's been really packed. They do their best to tend to you. The breakfast is such a treat and awesome coffee. This is a great place to get a gut busting breakfast.

Our order was togo/delivery. The food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I have had my share of mexican breakfast food and this is by far the best I have ever had. We ordered the El Ranchero Plate. Full of flavor. It was moist and not dry like a lot of other places. The beans were very good too.

Service and owners are top notch. They remember your name and make you feel very welcome. Love this place. I drive by at least 10 Mexican restaurants on my way to go get tacos from them. 10/10 would recommend.

Been coming here for over 15 years, ever since we lived in the area. Now it's a little drive to get here, but certainly worth it for their personable service and great food. Their handmade tortillas are great. Can't remember ever having a bad meal here.

I liked the echiladas except I think the cheese enchiladas could have more cheese since I felt like I was eating nothing but tortilla and gravy I will defenetly go back and try their other enchiladas. Great place the waitresses were kindly and friendly.

UPDATE: This was my breakfast taco! (To go order) I wonder if I got charged 1/3 of the price since that's what I got; 33% of a taco. ????
First time...Loved it!
Salsas are SUPER GOOD! BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT!! Barbacoa is very good. Everything has great flavor. Not bland like some places. My husband and I are going to be coming here often. I think we found our new breakfast place. :)

Trying this place for the first time. Pretty cozy place. Chile relleno was on point. Great flavor and the cheese was just right. Blown away by the chicharron taco. So good. Will be back to try more dishes.

I took my neighbor, from Columbia who had never been there before.
I had the delicious Enchilada plate.
She had been talking about Chicken mole and to her surprise it was on the Menu. She loved that plate.
She also liked the chips and salsa they give you before you get your meal so much. She ordered Salsa n chips to go for her family.
