Mario's always a great PanaderÃa to get your favorite traditional Mexican sweet breads. The variety is great. Come early, you'll get hot fresh empanadas from the cooling racks in the back. They also have flour tortillas.
A cooler provides you with chocolate milk and other beverages to go with your sweet bread on the way home!

Cute and humble are some of the best places to get your fix of hunger. The 1st thing you notice when you walk in is the smell. It hits you like a breath of fresh air. The childhood smell and then to see all thing cakes, cookies, sweet breads, and more. It is filled with plenty to choose from and you could tell it's fresh. The lady who helped me was nice and fast. I decided to stay sample today but I can't wait to go back.

The Best of the Best Mexican Bakery love the different colors of the bread and the really great taste of the bread and there cost is so very low. The customer service is very good. Best Bakery.

As usual the pan dulce was awesome. Since they first opened across the street from Our Lady of Good Counsel I have been buying pan dulce there. It's the best bakery on the Westside of San Antonio.

Stopped by here after I found them on Google Maps. Looking for a Mexican bakery near where I was. They had a lot of good ratings and comments so I decided I would give them a try as well. These pastries were delicious they had a really great assortment, they had some things that I haven't seen in awhile since my childhood. These are the kind of Pan De dulce" you would pick up when you visited family in friends. Super kind counter help. Very helpful. May have just become my new bakery. And they make a marranito that wants desperately to swim in your milk and then in your belly!

Two weeks in a row I've purchased breads from Mario's I truly appreciate the quality of products I've bought to give to friends. But this past Sunday a couple of donuts were torn by the tongs the lady used to pull the donuts apart.
But that won't stop me from getting my sweet bread from Mario's I'll just need to inspect my purchase before leaving the bakery

My first time at this bakery Smelled Wonderful the employee there was very nice greetful I love the prices are low and is fresh bread tortillas and more Happy Happy pan dulce is fresh daily
