Well we got there at 812 for our 815 reservation and waited 20 minutes for our table, which is not too bad for a Saturday night. When we got to our table 2 of the seats had some food on them, and our drink menu looked greasy like it wasn't wiped down. Our waiter greeted us and was not overly friendly, but nice. He did touch the top of our glasses with his hands which i did not like and he touched the pitcher also where the water comes out, did not like that. We went to the salad bar and there was no romaine lettuce, and no one ever filled it. The salad bar was adequate but I thought it would be a lot better. The lobster bisque was good, but thats the best thing about the salad bar. It took a while for our waiter to bring us our plates and bread. The meat selection was alright but the same 2 kinds of meats keep coming up to us. I tried the fillet mignon and it was crispy and over cooked. The beef ribs were awesome!!! Definitely recommend trying that. The night was ok but not at all what I expected. We have eaten at other Brazilian steakhouses and they seem to treat you like royalty, Texas de Brazil was not as welcoming. O yeah and there is no valet parking thankfully there was a spot at the parking lot next door. I do not think I will be returning here.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Texas de Brazil to celebrate our anniversary. The dinner was nothing less than wonderful and each staff member was attentive, kind, and professional. Our server, Trevor, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. Not only did he communicate well with his team so that each meat was cooked to our desires, but he took the extra time to answer our questions. Overall, our experience was impeccable and well deserving of five stars. The dessert was the cherry on top.

Wow! First time there was a wonderful experience. Salad bar ,is amazing!!! Not to mention their mouth watering meat selection. The cherry on top was our waiter, John he was fun, knowledgeable, and gave you suggestions that turned out to be on point. Thank you,John . You were great keep up the fantastic work!

This place is amazing. The attention is really personal and the food is delicious. I try everything and no matter what chicken, ribs, beef, sea food, everything tastes delicious. Worth every penny you paid here. I don't have a spot for poster after all the meat but it looks good too.

Best Brazilian steakhouse we tried! And that is coming from a Brazilian!
The flavors are very typical and as good as my mom’s food.
Staff was great and very attentive. Very clean and quiet. A bit too dark inside, but that’s just the mood.
There’s a lot options of cuts of meats and the speed that they come to the table is on point!

Great selection of meat and awesome flavor! Our server was very professional - he was there when we needed him but not overly attentive. Salad bar selection was good and the hot food (rice, beans, mushrooms) was delicious. One thing to note is that desserts were $10 per piece, which did seem a little steep for a slice of pie. Aside from that, excellent experience and great Brazilian flavors.

1st time visit to Texas De Brazil San Antonio location, had my birthday party of 7. Great experience, amazing staff, priced right for the gourmet steaks, salads, drinks, etc. Trevor was our waiter, very knowledgeable, friendly, an answered all our questions. Can't wait to make another reservation for this delicious steaks.

Yum, Yum and more Yum. Alicia, perfect service. All staff was very helpful to one another. General Manager Charles Martin came by, check on how things were, food, service and a genuine person. Added touch of how service is meant to be. Venue and atmosphere first class. Meats, chicken, pork, yep I had them all, cooked to perfecttion and served hot. Well stocked Salad Bar. First time here, it won't be my last! Well done Texas de Brazil, San Antonio, TX! Did I say YUM!

This place is fantastic! Everything they offer is amazing so be sure to order the salad bar/ meat combo. You will not regret it, just maybe that you can't eat more. I plan to skip lunch before I visit again. Also, the staff is really wonderful! They offered the best customer service, explained the meal options, and even chatted with me as I was a solo business traveler for dinner. It has been the best experience I've had so far in downtown SA or of any city really. I'm actually still at my table now. You will not be disappointed!

This review is for 25Dec2021. As a local guide, I visit many places and submit reviews. I read the reviews and found some of the comments were accurate and valid. This location was definitely a departure from performance and protocol that we were accustomed to at the other Texas de Brazil restaurant that we frequently visit.
We made plans to eat here for Christmas day after we found this location open for dinner and it was close to the military base. This location does not have a dedicated parking lot, but there is a public parking lot adjacent to the structure. There is no handicap parking available here nor automatically opening or powered doors.
We arrived at this location early for a 3:30pm appointment and we were told we would have to wait until we were closer to our appointment time. I went to the restroom and I saw that it was quite a mess with paper, water and other things on the floor and on the sink. My spouse visited the other restroom and found a similar mess. I sat out in the front lobby area waiting for our seat to be ready for us to sit and be served. We were called (15) minutes early. We were seated and waited for the server. The server came over and introduced himself and invited us to get our salad at the bar. There were available gloves and hand sanitizer for customer use. I noted that there was no rice at the bar. Everything else appeared to be freshly cut and laid out well. We got our plates and we sat down at the table to wait for the meat varieties to be brought to the table. I had to ask for the meats to be served immediately as he inquired if I was finished with my salad. I promptly said it's for consumption with my meal. No it's not salad. No, you can not take my plate. He set down the "meat" plates at our table, but I still had to call one of the meat servers into the room to get served. My spouse waited for 20 minutes for parmesan chicken. When she finally got it, it was not hot. My spouse still had to wait once again for chicken to come around. I also waited for other meat varieties, but on several occasions the servers bypassed the table after serving a table right next to us. This whole setup was intensely frustrating. This is a failure by this management team to ensure that the meat selection is being moved throught-out the restaurant in a timely fashion once off the grill. Where were the meat servers? Why weren't they in this side room serving our table. I did make a comment to our specific meal server, to which he responded. They have other tables they need to get to also. One of the meat servers was verbally advised that my spouse doesn't eat pork or beef, but he promptly offered her the flank steak. She declined. We ordered the strawberry lemonade which was great for both of us.
