The service is amazing, but the taste of the cakes is ridiculous! So good that my entire guest list at our Family Reunion last year wanted to go and purchase a cake for themselves! There was some friendly pushing and shoving for an extra piece. Matt’s cakes have even made the trip to Houston, TX. Family there was equally impressed. My mouth is watering right now just thinking about how moist every cake has turned out. Don’t get me started on the cupcakes!!

My mother-in-law ordered a turtle cheesecake for my son's baptism from here and it was a huge hit at the reception! There were a couple slices left and I took those home to enjoy the morning after with some coffee, will be ordering from here again and I can't wait to try some of their other flavors! Thank you!!

Want to talk about hidden gems! I have lived here for 10 years and never knew this place was 3 miles away from my house. Their menu is insane! And I have plans to try everything. But these Ding Dong cupcakes are to die for!

I stumbled on this place through Google. I was in the mood for cheesecake, but also needed a birthday cake for my son. I talked to the owner I'm thinking on the phone, I told him what I was looking for. He was a big help, he said he has been doing this his whole life and knew exactly what to make for me. I was ready the same day. We were extremely pleased with the cake and not to mention it was delicious. I hope that this local business can make it through this crazy time. As most of their business is hotels and stuff like that. I would highly recommend this for anyone needing a cake . I will be back,but this time for my cheesecake.

For at least 10-12 years, I have purchased my family's most important celebratory cakes here. I am a dessert lover! I have tried every bakery and cupcake business I've come across in this city for 20 years. The Ultimate Cheesecake Bakery consistently bakes the finest tasting, best textured, freshest cakes in our city! Their frostings and fillings can't be beat in my book.
My favorite cake is their chocolate fudge cake with fudge frosting. I love a cake with dense & moist texture, and with fresh, authentic ingredients. Their fudge cake is my favorite in the city. Unlike any I've tried, they bring out the more complex flavors of authentic chocolate. It's not simply sweet and chocolate.
Of course, their cheesecakes are scrumptious, with a seemingly endless list of delightful flavors to choose from. It is their amazing selection of the very best tasting cakes in this city that I have fallen in love with.
This bakery may be a bit difficult to access due to their limited retail hours. Trust me, it's worth planning ahead to have access to this brilliant bakery!
I'm just thankful they still sell to the public!

Our company uses Ultimate Cheesecake Bakery for our dessert needs and they exceed expectations every time. The cake is always moist and perfectly sweetened, the cheesecake (all of them) is out of this world good! I recommend them over and over!

The Ultimate Cheesecake Bakery messed up my sister- in- laws cake that was for our niece's graduation party today. She had asked for a neutral color but the cake was basically orange. When she complained the owner told her that she had complained before and "maybe this isn't your cake place." This is after our entire family have purchased cakes at this establishment many times and have referred many friends. We will do our best to tell all of our family and friends that the Ultimate Cheesecake Bakery isn't their cake place.
