The location was okay. It’s a little outdated but still a spot to have lunch at.
The Caesar salad was just like a salad out of a bag that you buy at a grocery store.
The appetizer was delicious and so was the pizza Chicago style dish.

Out of any of the pizza spots around SA or surrounding areas. This is one of the top. I have had the New York style several times here but plan to try the deep dish on my next visit.

Second time around coming here. Over all clean area, all staff were kind and focused on their roles. Got a goat cheese app which was great and a Chicago deep dish with pineapples and jalapeños. Meal was very good and fulfilling. Pasta was nice as well.
Planning on coming back.

If you are looking for a very tasty and cheesy Chicago Deep Dish pizza, this is the place you need to try out. You will not be disappointed!! !! Trilogy Pizza Bistro is a super cute place with very Hard working and Friendly staff members in stone oak.

This restaurant is located out in the Stone Oak area but it is worth the drive. We had a large party tonight, so we made reservations ahead of time. We let the staff know that we would have several toddlers and a special needs child in a wheelchair and they made sure the area we sat in was big enough for them all. The best part was the wall size blackboard which they encouraged the kids to draw on. Let's not forget the food, it is amazing and very filling. Our favorite is their Capone Chicago style pizza. By the way, your food is not made until you order it, so you better believe it'll be piping hot. Let's not forget our wine drinkers, they have a great selection to choose from. If you have never been there...try it one day. Added perk, they even give you free pizza on your birthday when you sign up for their birthday rewards program. Folks it's not a slice of pizza but an entire pizza of your choice.

We just ordered through DoorDash, the kids and my husband a mushroom pizza and I got a house salad. I opened my salad to find it full of dirty mushrooms on top. Like Literally no effort to hide the fact that they don’t rinse their mushrooms at all. I couldn’t even pick them off without dirt falling on the lettuce so obviously not eating it. I think what’s most upsetting is what the manager AMY said when I called to tell them, no sorry just well they are usually pretty clean when we get them. Like what usually pretty clean?! I’m appalled that she was so nonchalant about it. I’m sure the mushrooms on the pizza are dirty too ???? I’m so grossed out and we will never order from here again!

I enjoyed the gluten free white pizza and I it was absolutely delicious. My family had NY style pizza and found it quite tasty. The pizza sizes are very good as well. I would definitely go back... great service, great food.

I dare you to find a better pizza place in this city!
The New York style is absolutely out of this world. You will not be disappointed. If it was possible to give them a 10/5 stars I would.
We found this place just browsing for something to eat because we were sick of going to the same places all the time. We gave trilogy a shot and now I try to order from them as often as I can.
