Didn't care for the seasoning on the chicken quarter, but internally was very delicious. Soft and tender. Cream corn and collard greens were A1, I would definitely buy larger sizes for gatherings. Mac n cheese was fairly good as well.
Would definitely bring my family here for a good meal. Need to try the corn bread pudding and peach cobble next time!
Well, I was raised on BBQ. This place was totally bad. Spent over $80 dollars and it was HORRIBLE!. ???? If you like pinto beans? Theirs tasted like chili???"what the hell." Not Texas style potato salad either. Great looking restaurant but HORRIBLE food. It maybe a great place to hang out and have a couple of cold beers (from looking at website photos) but, that is it. Will ???? go back. A waste of hard earned cash. Sorry, two thumbs down ????????

From the moment you walk in, there's a friendliness to the welcome you recieve as you walk up to the counter. The aroma of smoked meats is mouthwatering & it's hard to not order everything on the menu! We settled on the brisket, turkey, sausage, beans and rice. The time spent on the cook comes through with every bite! To my surprise, the best bite came with the sausage! Great snap, spice and smoke. Will definitely be coming back!

Friendly staff and excellent food. My sister-in-law said it was best beef rib she’s ever had. Brisket was very moist. Loved the collard greens-not every restaurant has it. Potato salad is not your typical mustard or mayo type but rather a baked potato flavor and consistency. Everything was very fresh. And to top it off, they have crushed ice! We will be definitely be going back!

Food was astounding! My British fiancé and I of whom tried the food for the first time were in awe of how juicy and tender the meat was and the sides were so yummy. Everything was great. This use to be a daycare so it is family friendly and has lots of space for the children to run around. We loved it. Will definitely come back. The only recommendation we have it to put out a variety of bbq sauces. It’s always great to have options! Thank you for the great experience????

I’ve been here twice now and every single time has been fantastic. They are very friendly, and were really nice about answering my questions! Ribs fell off the bone they were so good! The cream corn was my favorite and I got some to go. And their pulled pork actually made me like pulled pork again. I guess I just needed to see it done RIGHT because Windmill definitely nailed it. Can’t wait to visit again.

We’ve been coming here since they opened and absolutely love it. We pretty much like everything on the menu especially the sausage and turkey. Our 8 year old grandson can eat a whole link of it all by himself and loves it. Today I was able to get the beef rid and by far that is my favorite. My husband who barbecues a lot for us said it was the best beef rib he ever had. They are pricey about 30.00 each but they are huge and perfectly cooked with a beautiful char. I hope they never run out of the beef ribs!

Delicious BBQ in a great family friendly setting. Highly recommend the turkey and cream corn. The Peach Cobbler has an amazing crust and it's served with Blue Belle ice cream!
Plenty of outdoor seating. Activities for the kids and space to run around.

The barbecue itself was *very* good, and the pinto beans were maybe the best I've had in 10 years. It looks small from the front, but it's got lots of room in the back and a ton of outdoor seating. The sauce had a little kick, for this super white boy who normally doesn't like anything spicy, but it had far more flavor and I didn't hesitate to make use of it. I can't wait to come back, when I'm next in town!
