Ever been to Oaxaca? The place where those that have traveled the world say is where the best food in the entire world is harbored? Well, I hope to make it there one day myself, but until then…I’ll stick with Chantico! This place at least gives you a taste of that beautiful area in southern Mexico, with their clean, local, organic, flavorful, colorful, DELICIOUS food! And if you are into tequila and rum, have fun picking one out! You’ll be contemplating for awhile for their selection is quite vast.
After an exquisite meal, you will walk out feeling satisfied and happy (not uncomfortable with that yucky proverbial food baby that leaves you hating life for the rest of the night.) Nope, at Chantico you can eat with no regrets. The menu is extensive, creative and affordable. Everything is a party for your taste buds, so you can’t go wrong. Their Latin music is on point that will have you jiving where you sit! (Until they get a dance floor - hint, hint ????)
This is an entire experience you won’t want to miss out on!

Really good Mexican food! Not authentic but, it’s still delicious.
I had the Organic Squash Chimichanga. It was very delicious and had the perfect amount of seasoning. The chips and salsa were a nice touch as well. Also, I like that they included vegan/vegetarian options and plant based ingredients for some of their dishes.
The atmosphere was calm and mellow but, it was very humid in there. Could have just been the weather at the moment.
The only problem I had was with the wait staff. Our waiter, Cesar, was very nice and did an amazing job but, he seemed to have had too much on his plate. I had asked for another diet coke and never received it. I wasn’t charged so it was all good and I understand that sometimes mistakes happen in busy times.
A few other waiters/bus boys seemed to have no enthusiasm. I’m not too bothered by things like that but, I can see how that can really change how people view the atmosphere.
However, our experience here was great! I really recommend it for those who are craving delicious Tex-Mex food!

Our first time here and we LOVED the atmosphere. The customer service was great, hence the 3 stars. However I knocked 2 stars because we saw a rat running and hiding inside the place from the kitchen. I know rats are a common problem in city areas but I live in the city and haven’t encountered many indoors :(
The salsa and beans were really good but the enchiladas tasted a bit on the salty side, not too bad though.
Overall, great atmosphere, great Jamaica, good food, great employees! The rat made me lose my appetite though unfortunately.

We had dinner at Chantico after a long day of work. The food and atmosphere did not disappoint. Dominic was a fantastic server and took great care of us, provided recommendations and opinions, was prompt, knowledgeable and very friendly. The Halibut Coconut Ceviche was fantastic. They have numerous vegan and gluten free options. Parking was a little tight but make sure to reserve a table.

When girls night collided with decadent food
This place has been on list for a few weeks now and everyone’s schedules magically aligned so we knew we had to make it happen.
Let’s start first with the cocktails
I love that they serve sangria and make a little heart shaped straw. I mean how seriously cute is that
I feel really bad I can’t recall the name of the drink with mint but it was a fan favorite.
Bird of a feather flock together and I guess that’s why all 3 of us ordered brisket enchiladas.
We ordered with sauce on the side and let me tell you it was the best decision we ever made
The sauce was delicious but the flavor coming through in these brisket enchiladas didn’t need any sauce to hold it up.
Each bite was juicy
We ended the night with cornbread doughnuts at least that’s how I I viewed them
They are thick and yummy
I look forward to watching this place continue to grow

This place was definitely a gem!! The entryway is in the back with additional parking along with side road parking. This restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating. The food was deliciously perfect and the service was phenomenal. JC is a manager there and was the first to seat us and get us everything we needed before we even knew he was the manager. Then our waiter Nate got us everything in a timely manor and made us feel homey. All of the staff was super welcoming especially these two (Nate and JC). Definitely recommend stopping here to eat or just get a drink and hang out. You will not be disappointed, I guarantee! Thanks again for your food and great service, will be back!

Absolutely amazing. From the Cheese Crisp to the Chimi with Red & Green sauce, to the Beef Brisket, Green Chili Corn & Chipotle Mash- food orgasm. The staff was so welcoming and friendly- first time here & I'll definitely be back.

Went for the first time a few nights ago. Sat in the indoors bar area in a comfy booth. Excellent service by Austin. Strong drinks. Delicious food! Loved the Tempura Avocado, Sweet Potato taco! Will be back!

Our waiter Nate was the best part of our experience. He was working since brunch and he still had jokes, lively conversation and overall really friendly at 6pm until we left. The second would be the salsa. I could not get enough of the red salsa. So yummy. I really enjoyed the charred sweet potato it was good too. I was a bit disappointed in the guacamole. The portion was very smal and just didn't excite. Generally, the food was good, but it's stiff competition living in Arizona. The only real downside is was the bathrooms could have been kept up with better throughout the evening. Papertowels overflowed the trash can and much of it overflowed onto the floor. Sadly, someone left paper towels in one of the sinks and rendered it unusable. People can just be awful.

I'd like to say that this is a hidden Good food spot. The food was absolutely excellent and definitely plan on going back the drinks were absolutely excellent planned on having more????. Service was top notch and and everybody seemed happy and and enjoying their job. Very clean establishment has a night life with a DJ and an outside dance bar. Order any dessert you want but do not under any circumstances order the pineapple dessert dessert the ice cream is excellent the pineapple itself his self was horrible. It was like somebody tried to use it for mash for making liquor and then put it back on the plate. Other than that promise I'll be back
