I asked for no onions, but my food came with onions inside my cheese enchiladas. Your restaurant has always been my favorite go to. Last couple orders not so much, but a simple request? I don't know who you have working for you now. Bottom of my list.

Don Jose' a family favorite for a long time, an old IHOP, but now, serving old school Mexican food! Hot plates, chips & salsa, and plenty of combination plates! Come hungry or do like we do, share a plate! Back in the day they were $ only, with an ATM inside, but, now debit / credit card with same fee. Enjoy!

This place is spectacular! The salsa is amazing, the burritos are amazing, but best of all, is the machaca. Service was fantastic as well.
Seriously - you have got to stop by this place!

Went here by chance but so glad I did. What an incredible experience. The staff are extremely nice. The food is superb. The carnitas are the best I have ever had and the horchata seemed like it was homemade. I will definitely be coming back!

My favorite Mexican place for all of my 41 years on earth. The only red enchilada sauce I like. The bean tostada is my favorite. The cheese crisp with green chiles is super yummy. And of course the hot sauce. Yummy. Also, they have good iced tea. I don't care for the tacos but everyone else I go with loves them.

I was visiting the area for the day. Found Don Jose’s on the internet. The place had good reviews so we went for dinner. Started with fresh made from real ingredients the prickly pear margarita. Delicious! The salsa that came with the chips was so fresh and we like spicy so they brought us the spicy made fresh daily salsa! Delicious! Husband ordered shrimp, chicken, and steak fajitas. It came out sizzling. Delicious! A plate of beans with cheese, guacamole, sour cream, Spanish rice and fresh tortillas came with the fajitas. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. Great staff and great service. Cannot say enough good things about our experience.

Food was good so was the margaritas what i didnt not like was the cash only and the $2.50 withdraw fee at the atm inside the restaurant price wasn't that bad $50 for 2 margaritas a mexican pizza and a street taco plate

Food was pretty good. The queso dip was our favorite thing we ordered and of course the Carmel fried ice cream was incredible! Probably one of the best fried ice creams I’ve ever had. Chips needed some salt but other than that it it was good overall. Super friendly staff.

Fantastic, classic Mexican food! The shrimp and steak fajitas were delicious and the orange rice and beans were on point! My husband really enjoyed the shredded beef taco, chicken enchilada, and bean tostada combo. They are CASH ONLY, but definitely recommend! This is our new go-to for Mexican food.

We are not from this area so we just took a risk coming here. IT WAS SO WORTH IT!! Staff was so nice. Food was amazing. We didn’t have any complains. We are so glad we pick this restaurant. We will return. Make sure you have CASH. They only do cash.
