The drinks here are absolutely scrumptious. We tried most of the cocktails and they were inventive and boozy. The food was not a hit for us. We had the shrimp, some small plates, and array of entrees including the shareable ribeye. The sides were under seasoned and the meat was over cooked and tough. We’d come back for the drinks.

Celebrated an anniversary dinner here, and the vibe was really chic and nice / casual. The food was very flavorful, and delicious. 8/10 because the prices did not match the portions but overall we enjoyed our time.

Went on a Sunday night so it was not that crowded. Was disappointed that their upstairs bar was closed ( as it’s closed on sundays) . Loved the food and the service. Everything tasted awesome. They also had gluten free pizza and were very adjusting to make things gluten free or vegetarian.

Flint has wonderful ambience and is beautifully layered out. The staff is everything you want in a fine dining experience and the food is delicious. I highly recommend for a date night, girls night out, or a celebration of any kind!

We booked a reservation after hearing nothing but great things about this restaurant. The moment you walk in, the ambience is exceptional and the service is very fast. We ordered the short rib hummus, grilled octopus, lamb meatballs, and half chicken…this Mediterranean mashup was AWESOME.
Highly recommend this place for date night if you want great food/drinks with good atmosphere!

Great atmosphere in the restaurant. We sat in a corner booth with the kitchen visible and the restrooms behind us. Food is definitely an art. Very thoughtful, and curated in their presentation. Appetizers: Octopus, brisket hummus definitely a go to, and the fried chicken is a must. Dinner entrees: Lamb, pork chop, chopped salad with salmon, and Caesar salad — ranked in that same order. Pass on the broccolini , fries were very good. Burger was the bomb. Deserts: Go straight to the pound cake—perfect! Service was okay. A little slow on the drinks, but all in all, pretty good.

We had our pre-dinner reservation at "Upstairs at FLINT", which is an open-air rooftop cocktail lounge boasting sweeping city and mountain views of Phoenix’s Biltmore neighborhood. I highly recommend it! Our dinner reservation following the cocktail lounge was downstairs at FLINT by Baltaire. The ambiance of the restaurant was mellow and comfortable, yet sophisticated with excellent service and attention to detail in the décor, the table settings, the presentation of the various menu items, the lighting, etc. Our drinks and dinner were amazing! Every dish was delicious, interesting, and beautifully presented. The cocktail and wine list are fantastic. And the service is attentive, charming, but not invasive. Happy hour is not available on rooftop bar! Limited appetizers—octopus was great; olive plate was good (but pricey) and pizza was meh with burned crust. I’m not in a rush to return. Nice views. Drinks are good, but limited drink menu.

Restaurant vibe is on point! Food was extra ordinary, service was excellent! The husband and I both agree to go back. We got the lamb which according to the hubby was the best he’s ever had, scallops were delicious, bone marrow and fried chicken were both really good! You have to get their cocktails as well they were remarkably good. Overall experience was superb, can’t wait to go back.

An absolutely perfect date night spot! The decor is beautiful and the vibes are spot on. If you can get a seat at the bar, take advantage! Very friendly and talented bartenders with an impressive cocktail list. Of all the times I’ve been here, I can’t remember being disappointed with anything we’ve ordered. Delicious menu! Great spot, worth the $$.
