So some of the employees were very nice and helpful. A very rude woman whom wouldn't help anyone. My food was ok, wasn't awful. Warm soda, but when I asked for ice I did eventually get it. The restaurant was so dirty, with a few flys. The homeless addicts standing by the door, asking for money was the worst part though.. I do not spend time on this side of town for this reason.

I haven't been to this Lenny's in a long time. But I went today and the wait to get the food was thirty five minutes. And when I got home I opened my burger because I forgot to tell them no onion. And as I opened it I saw a hair. My sister got chicken strips and she asked to get buffalo sauce and they gave her ranch.

This place is solid for a good burger and fries. Onion rings banging. Fried zucchini banging. Ranch dressing... Bussin. However the "garden salad" .... Womp womp womp - not worth the 6 plus bucks they charged. Lettuce and a cup of shredded chedda
Want a salad just go to salad to go.

This is the 2nd time going in at night that I've gotten home ready to eat what I ordered and watched get prepared but was not happy when I got home. I ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals one grilled one crispy. The sad thing is I watched the young man make my sandwiches and wrap them. I get home and opened my chicken sandwich and it was a burger that looked like it had been sitting there for hours. My boyfriends was the same exact thing. So they must have switched the sandwiches up on purpose. I called like 25 times and they didn't never answer. I paid $49.00 for everything I got plus I left a $7.00 tip. I came last month and spent like $53.00 on 2 cowboy burger meals with onion rings and we each got like 3 onion rings and they were cold and mushy. I am fed up with this place not taking their jobs seriously.

The food was so good and flavorful. Not too greasy, the condiments used were the right amount and the vegetables were crisp and fresh the buns were toasted to give that nice crunch to the bite and the fries were nice a crispy without being to greasy as well. The drive thru wasn't too hard to order from and the wait wasn't to long it was actually fast. 10/10 would recommend and would go again. ????????????

I've been to this establishment 6 or 7 times each time bringing a new person which have all been satisfied with the quality of their food.. It also beats the garbage you get at most other burger joints around town specifically McDonald's in Burger King and any other fast food restaurant really.

Believe me, I'd love to leave a better review. The food is great (when it's made correctly, by no fault of the cooks) literally the ONLY issue I have with this place is the girl who works behind the counter. I believe her name is Laura. We've kept coming back in hopes that she wouldn't still be employed, or maybe someone else would be working, or maybe that she would get her job done correctly. This will be the last time we go there unfortunately. Every single time we've been here Laura takes a ridiculous amount of time to take out order. We also end up having to send back at least and order and half of the food because she can't seem to get her job correct.the first time we dealt with this a few months ago she told us it was her second day there. The next time we went which was no more than 2 weeks from the first visit we found out from the manager she had been there over a few MONTHS! We had a new gentleman there today who was very polite but was new who needed help, and of all people to help - Laura helped him. Then she happily came up to the table and announced "oh, they messed it up I think they put pastrami on the burger not the fries." needless to say this was pretty frustrating, considering she knew it was incorrect obviously. according to the cook she entered it incorrectly. I read the receipt and could see why they made it the way they did. The cooks and the managers are always great about fixing the food, but it just gets irritating to have to wait the extra 20 mins or more for our food to be corrected because AGAIN Laura cannot ever seem to get an order right. This girl is literally costing your establishment soooo much because the food had to be remade and I can promise we're not the only ones that have had this issue. This has been EVERY single time we've been there. I hope your establishment can find someone to replace this girl, because until that happens unfortunately we will not be back.

Pretty good food. would have been better if they hadn't put 5 pounds of mustard on my hamburger. Service was very swift. French fries were good and crispy. A good value for the money

Never got to eat here because front doors were locked on Saturday when I took my son to eat there for the first time. Is it Drive thru "ONLY" on Saturday and Sunday?

It was so much food and it was delicious, but it's a lot for yhe price a burger place either that or just don't want to say inflation just keeps getting worst.
