Amazing food. This is the flagship store and it’s an excellent reward for a good hike on South Mountain. This is New Mexican style Mexican food so it has good heat and rich flavors. The pork here is my favorite. Slow stewed in a rich chili broth and served with amazing red green chili sauce. You can’t really go wrong here.

For somebody who doesn't really like Mexican food this place is my new favorite restaurant. Incredibly delicious seasonings everything has distinct flavors. Really maybe one of the top 15 meals in terms of taste that I've had over my lifetime. Can't wait to go back. If my grandmother had been from Mexico this is how she would have cooked. I am impressed. I got to sample the garlic shrimp and the garlic pork which tasted like a fabulous beef roast. I was trying to think of the word to describe why that was so special and it feels like fresh ingredients in Homestyle Cooking as opposed to mass quantities of food from a factory. The seasonings are superior.

Fabulous has a new name: Carlos! He patiently helped me discover the menu until I found the other Fabulous: the New Mexico Green Chili Stew! Love the people, love the place and love the food. I normally go to Dick’s Hideaway and Richardson’s, but this is not the same: this is a spicy, beautiful, HOT chunky pork stew!

if youre looking for your nana’s good home cooking food, this is no the place. the food was absolutely tasteless. not good at all. i asked the server is there any way to sample the chiles prior to make sure its not too hot since practically everything is labeled hot and no refunds. he said no you get what you get. so he recommended the green chile chicken pozole. it was so nasty chicken was so gross i had to remove it just to stand taking a couple bites of the pozole. i had to add so much salt and lemon and it still didnt give it flavor or heat that its suppose to have. even eat my food wasted $16. also they dont have a kids menu so if your thinking about bringing your littles the only kid option they have is a $8 cheese crisp. which your better off paying a dollar more and getting the one the thats a little bigger to save money. the first plate is the adovada burrito dinner. lets just say the beans were great. the rice was hard and if you read the other reviews i guess thats just how they make it. This place seemed more like a bar more than a restaurant, party place the music was great from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. im sure happy hour would be good with no kids and probably just getting an app cause that food was not worth ordering.

We loved this place. Kinda off the beaten path, but quirky in the best way possible. The food and service were both excellent. The best part is the food is actually spicy ????! Loved the flavor of the beans on my tostada and the homemade flour tortillas were the bomb. Washed it all down with a fresh Cadillac Marg and a pitcher of sangria. Will definitely return.

The restaurant is a 40 minute drive away and I’m unsure if I would go back. Glad to have tried a different *non-Mexican place though.
We requested a patio seat but was told the patio was closed. The inside is just too loud to carry on a conversation without having to raise your voice considerably.
Food was delivered to our table very fast. My two taco (crunchy with shredded beef) combo plate was just okay. The rice and beans had more flavor than the taco/beef, which was very bland. Sopapillas for dessert we’re delicious.
*we were chastised by an employee (owner I presume) for thinking this was a Mexican restaurant when someone in our party asked for a carne asada burrito. He corrected us and stated this is not a Mexican restaurant, it is a Native American restaurant.

I invite my father in law to try this place for the first time. We’ve heard great things about Los Dos Molinos, unfortunately we had a bad experience with the food quality, he originally ordered Chile relleno plate same as me and my daughter ordered soft tacos all three accompanied with rice and beans, on top of that a side of rice and beans for my little one. The rice, was really dry and flavor less, seemed that it was reheated many times, followed by the beans that they tasted very sour, most likely they were spoiled. We asked the server, and he said it was the normal taste because all of the spices they cook them with, then he went to the kitchen and when came back took all of our plates and offer us to order something else. My daughters lost their appetite, and my father in law and I order a burrito, which I will rate 6/10. I was expecting better quality food. So sad we had a bad experience. Unfortunately I won’t plan on coming back. Wasted 50 dollars on horrible food.

Much better than the location on Camelback. Love the atmosphere. Food was good, though not great. Drink specials for happy hour were awesome! Service was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back in the future.

Margarita was amazing and love it how an a la cart taco and enchilada can fill you up. Always great food. But...either my tolerance has gone way up or they've backed off on the spice level. I'm thinking the latter. Please bring the spice back.

I absolutely love coming to this Los Dos Molinos location. The staff is my favorite, they’re quick, friendly, professional and have great taste in music. We always, always order a margarita when coming (couldn’t even get a photo before drinking half of it… oops). This time we ordered the Carnitas and two chimichangas (one chicken and one bean). Wow wow wow. The food was beautiful and tasted just as good as it looked. The corona bottle chandelier was also lovely decor. And of course we had to get sopapillas to go! Thank you for an amazing dinner as always!
