I went for lunch to dine in there. The food was good. But It was served in to go boxes which dismisses the whole dine in experience. I asked if it’ll be served in steel plates but they said everything is use and throw.????
I do not like to eat from the foam boxes which leaches harmful chemicals into the food. More so if the food is served hot. The single use cutlery and utensils can also be greatly reduced by using reasonable plates or silverware atleast for dine-in thus helping the environment and also health of the customers.
I hope all the business owners take pride and use only reusable utensils at least for diners to make the earth a better place!

I like the ambiance of this place even though it food always disappointed multiple times, We ordered chili-paneer and kachori. Panner was fried and was not only extremely spicy but also so hard that we couldn't chew it.Kachori wasn't the actual kachori but the puri with bhel inside it & was difficult to break.we spent money but had to go home empty stomach as kids couldn't eat this if adults can't. I used to recommend this place now I am not sure. They do have good variety of sweets and snacks.

Om Bistro is one of my favorite places in the valley. Being one of the only vegetarian restaurants, I really appreciate the way they have maintained the quality of the food.
What’s good:
1) Loads of items on the menu
2) The servers are very friendly and courteous.
3) Food quality and quantity is good
4) It doesn’t close early, so caters the typical Indian dinner time :)
What can be better:
1) Sambar is way too spicy
2) North Indian curries aren’t that great
3) Coconut chutney
4) Dinner thali (platter) option would be a great value add

Amazing food! Terrible service! I’ve come here with my dad to eat vegan food several times. So if you can put up with the bad service you will have a great meal but if you like being treated nicely I wouldn’t recommend this spot. I’d recommend take out so you don’t have to deal with the bad service.

Food was very good. We got two different Dosai and these were very good. If you don't like potatoe filling then, you might not like it much.
I think they can do a better job cleaning after a customer has left. Floor was all dirty with paper napkins all over the floor.
Too little place between the tables. I had to be careful carrying two trays to our table.

It's absolutely not worth having sweets from OM Indian Bistro Restaurant Phoenix Arizona.
We have been to this restaurant to buy some good Indian sweets and end up buying the assorted sweets however, first there were no such varieties and second not at all good in taste. It was very disheartening.
If you are craving for good Indian sweets, I would suggest to buy the frozen ones even those are better.

If you are trying Samosa chat don’t go to this place . I ordered Samosa chat they just added yogurt, tomato, onions, sev and cilantro to the samosa that’s all ..it was horrible..no taste don’t waste your money.. very disappointing . If you are craving for samosa chat don’t go here.very bad I would give it a 0/5.

When we visited here Last time a month back, we liked it. we ordered garlic nan and paneer curry. It was ok. Chats were not at all good. We again went last weekend and ordered vada pav and dabeli. Vada pav didn’t have any taste. Dabeli was stale and not at all like dabeli ????
They have many dessert options didn’t try those but looked yummy. Overall it was okay but we will not prefer this next time.

This place is so yummy! The service is on point too. Their dosai special on Tues is such a great deal. The curries, Naan and samosas are delicious.
Even if you don't know if you like Indian food, go here. They will help you order something you'll love.
