Our food was ordered to go. This was our first time at Stumpys and I can honestly say that,
I just had one of the best French Dips that I've ever had ! The French bread tasted freshly baked, the beef was cooked to perfection and piled high, ( my daughter got the extra meat option) I had the regular and that was plenty of beef for me.
The beef was so tender and juicy.. They put garlic on their French dip which is something I've not had before from a restaurant, and it took that sandwich to another level of goodness.
I highly recommend Stumpys for the French dip and I can't wait to try the pizza !

Our first try...Excellent! Pizza's were perfect (meat and a white). Great crust! Wings cooked perfectly. Very friendly staff and vibe. We'll be back!

Saw this place and just had to check it out! The pizza was amazing and the service was fantastic! The staff really know their regulars and even greet them by name! This tiny pizza place really takes care of their staff and community, with customers artwork hung on the walls and pizzas flying out the door, even on a Tuesday! I will definitely be coming back!

This place came to my attention from a published list of "Highest-Rated Cheap Eats in Phoenix" and had to go check it out. Had it not been on that list, I would have never found it. It's a tiny spot tucked in a small plaza on Northern which makes it difficult to see if you weren't looking for it. It is, as they claim, a typical neighborhood pizza joint. A handful of tables and a selection of full pizzas, slice combos, sandwiches, and other items. We ordered some slices and an Italian sub. The slices were very large with lots of sausage and pretty typical of a NY style pie. They were reheated a bit too dark and crispy, but we're still very good. The sub was also like you would find in NY/NJ and was very good. We were there at lunch time and it was lively with a good vibe. No table service and nothing too fancy. The staff was busy and very pleasant. We may stop back in to order a fresh whole pizza. Pretty sure it will be excellent. Perfect lunch spot if you're in the hood. And yes, cheap too!

Was recommended to try this place out by a friend. Boy are we glad we did! Best sandwich/pizza shop around. You will not find a better place to grab a bite to eat. I’m a regular now, 10/10. I bring all my friends and family here now!
You have to try the “Big Dipper” fantastic!

I got the $28 combo pizza two toppings with a salad. The pizza is awesome! Hands down the best pizza I've had in a few years! ???? I just moved in the neighborhood I just found my new go to spot for pizza thank you Stumpy's keep up the delicious work

This place is devil's work! It's delicious, pizza was mouth watering good, had a half Italian sandwich and I do not know if one was better than the other. I could easily do lunch AND dinner here. Thank you for such great food! Will for sure be back again AND again. Already want to be back now ????

Hole in the wall joint. Not a lot of seating & often enough the parking spots are limited. At least when I've gone during lunchtime. Little pricey but the atmosphere & pizza is good. Medium drink with two slices & two toppings will cost you $10.50. Bathroom is in the back.

In business since '99 and for good reason, excellent customer service, clean restaurant and delicious pizza with the gooey mozzarella and a zesty robust sauce. The crust has a crispy edges and chewy inside. I'll definitely be back to try the sandwiches. Support your local family owned pizza parlor!

It was our first time to visit Stumpy's. The moment we walked in we were greeted! Everyone was very nice and they recommended some of their most popular items to help us decide. The pizza was delicious and loaded with toppings! The crust is the perfect thickness too. I recommend the meatballs which is an order of 4 handmade meatballs covered in sauce and cheese. We're looking forward to visit Stumpy's again soon!
