Had reservations for 5pm. I was impressed by the quality of the meal! Very well thought out menu that has options for picky eaters like me. Immediately went for the Farinata followed by the pork ragu and pork chops. The beets and whipped ricotta tasted paired well with the porkchops and peaches! This is worth visiting.

Went here for the first time with my boyfriend. Lovely architecture and relaxing environment. The servers were very polite. When we arrived they greeted us with plates of bread and oil. And on another plate was fresh peaches in oil and seasoning. I ordered the white wine Kerner. Very clean. We shared The meat and cheese Plate was delicious. I ordered the Crispy Gnocchi and shiitake mushrooms. And it hands down best gnocchi I’ve ever had. So soft and creamy. 5 stars in my book. I would come here again! Great date night and anniversary dates.

This was one of my favorite dining experiences. My wife and I came here to celebrate our anniversary. Did not disappoint! The drinks were so good and the dinner was even better! Will definitely tell everyone I know about this spot.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! It’s a very cozy and stylized place. The food was very good. I asked my family if they liked the food, and they all said it was exceptional. The waiters and waitresses were polite and friendly. The price was pretty cheap for what you are getting (compared to some other restaurants with similar or lower quality). The wait time for the food was also very quick around 7-12 minutes. When I went to the restroom, instead of there being separated women and men rooms, there was one large gender-fluid restroom, which is very considerate to all non binary and trans people. It was also very clean too. Overall, this is an amazing restaurant which I recommend to everyone in the Phoenix area.

What a treat. The food is exceptional. We had a group of seven. The food served family style. Every plate was empty. The timing was perfect. The food hot. The fruits and vegetables are from local farms. The beef and chicken also locally raised. The preparation and presentation was worth the more than week we had to wait for a reservation. I look forward to enjoying another meal here again.

So disappointing. I’ve had more leisurely meals at most fast food joints. Our dining experience at Tratto lasted a whopping 58 mins from the time we sat down until we signed our check. It was as if the staff were in a race to see how quickly they could bring one dish out before the other was completed. We arrived 2 hours before closing and the restaurant was almost empty so there seemed to be no reason for the very rushed, “here’s your hat, what’s your hurry” experience. The food was good, not great, although the baby gem salad could be one of my favorites. It’ll have to take a place in my memory as we don’t plan to return. The ravioli were delicious, the pork chops and strawberry tart were fine. Also, the initial detailed bill presented was $15 less than the summary bill presented for signature without explanation. I have never experienced that at another restaurant, ever. There are far better establishments in Phoenix to spend your dining time and money.

Excellent service, very attentive, but tiny way overpriced meals. $160 for 2 w/ 1 drink each and I left somewhat hungry after filling up on bread. The food was good, but not great. I have had better food for a LOT less.

First thing make reservations and go here! My wife and I had a romantical dinner here. She loves Italian food. Wait staff were wonderful and helpful with suggestions. Our waitress recommended we split an item from each part of the menu so that is what we did.
Rotating menu so wont bore you with what we had with the exception of highlighting delicious bread and the pasta course were the stars. Our entree pork chops was the one course that we both would have skipped. Dessert only course we did two of, her cheese chocolate and fruit plate was the winner.
Now downside of why I knocked it a star. They dropped the plate of pasta and the brown butter sauce splattered on my wife. Their handling of it was superb though. They were apologetic got her a tide pen offered to dry clean and took the pasta off the bill. The entree was fine but did not hold up to the rest of the meal. They also had ran out of milk for a cappuccino for my wife.
Summary go here it is delicious.

Another winning restaurant by Chris Bianco! The food, ambience, and service is terrific. Great use of the wood burning oven for vegetables and fish. The wines list is very good as are the cocktails!

From start to finish just the best food and service. Maxwell was a knowledgeable and helpful server.
We enjoyed all of his recommendations and his kind service. Chris Bianco and his wife were so gracious and friendly even though we mistook him for his brother Marco. We look forward to returning soon.
