Intimate dining experience and surprisingly relaxing at the same time. The ambience is amazing.
We tried the 5 course tasting menu and thoroughly enjoyed each dish particularly the Fijian seabass and steak.
It's BYOB but as others have mentioned there is an extension selection of wines to choose from from their wine store next door. Convenient!
Friendly service and the waiters described each dish as it was served. Lovely experience. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. Its my birthday today and i called on Wednesday to reserve a table for 3 on Saturday the the 9th of July. However no one called me whatsoever to say they could or could not. They are not on Open table nor do they offer any scheduling options on their website. I hate to be this guy but this isnt acceptable and worse its very disappointing to have this happen on your birthday of all occasions.

An amazing dinner, beautifully prepared. My wife and I will be back soon.
We were fortunate enough to be invited to a dinner for the international gourmet organization called"The Chaine des Rotisserie". Atlas really delivered a fantastic dinner, with no flaws.

My husband took me here for my birthday and everything was perfect; from the amazing service to every single dish, the wine selections/recommendations and attention to detail. Very happy with this place. 10/10
Went back a second time 5 months after the first visit. Again, it was all perfect. The food was delicious and so was the wines. 10/10 it is my favorite restaurant for sure!

I was fortunate enough to be invited to dine at Atlas last week while in town for a conference. I can't say enough good things about this place. It was hands down the best meal I've ever had in my life. The pork tenderloin was just out of this world - I've never had anything like it! The atmosphere was fantastic - the dining area is in a room off the wine shop and set up with just a few tables. The staff was incredible - so friendly, knowledgeable and completely unpretentious. I've only written one other Google review in my lifetime, but felt compelled to write one about this gem. Kudos to everyone who works there - don't change a thing!

This is an experience. Don't go if you just want a meal, go for the event of it all. Trust in their wine pairings. The food is AMAZING. Top 3 meals of all time.

Once again, Atlas hits it out of the park!! This review would be SO long if I went through all of the nuances of the ingredients and preparation on the menu! Suffice it to say, this is such a delight to have in Phoenix, and foodies would be hard pressed to find many (any?) complaints. Having dined In MANY countries around the world, we still found completely novel and unique combinations here that we never thought would exist. It was delicious, And continues to illustrate that many of these so called classics are sort of tired, rote, and overpriced. This no frills place is a delight to the palate. Max in the wine bar was uber helpful mit German wines! Thanks Atlas!

Quickly becoming one of my favorite restaurants in the valley. I’m in love with the local farm fresh ingredients, as well as the tiny number of tables for guests, creating an intimate atmosphere. It’s a restaurant for people who LOVE food, & who want to appreciate the artisan from the grower, to the chef. Impressive and thoughtful plates. I’m glad my partner & I, decided to stimulate our local economy, and re enter life after quarantine at Atlas Bistro. I’ll be back again- & again

It’s still Restaurant week! Last night I had a solo dinner at @atlasbistrobyob . They were not listed in the advertised site for Restaurant Week but they offered a promotion Wednesday & Thursday only to feature their three course meal for $44! (Regularly $65). The restaurant is “hidden” inside of the winery #arizonawine. With only 9 tables available in this quaint location, reservations are important! It is also BYOB. Once you decide what you plan to have for dinner head into that winery for a bottle or two. The wines range from $8-$800. I chose a Tempranillo. It paired well with that seafood and pasta I had. My three courses included the following:
Premier:
Australian Hiramasa King Fish Duet, Citrus Cured & Crudo with Smoked Nori, Grilled Cucumber Relish, Daikon Radish Spirals, Smoked Nori, Yuzu Tofu Emulsion
.
.
Segundo:
Basil Ricotta & Swiss Chard Gnudi, San Marzano Tomato Jam, Toasted Breadcrumbs, Garlic Bechamel, Tomato “Raisins”, Chili Flakes
.
.
Troisieme: Acorn Squash Spaetzle, Spaghetti Squash Fritter, Chevre Fondue, Acorn Squash, Brussels Sprouts, Anjou Pear Puree, Pinenut Brittle
.
.
I loved the entire experience ???????? I can not wait to return. The waitress was friendly. The food was plated beautifully and the flavors stood out with every bite.
