Best vegan hamburger I ever tasted... order at the counter then sit outside on the patio, or inside in the dining room. The server will give you a number then bring your food to your table. We were a party of 3, on a Saturday evening. No waiting in line. Plenty of places to sit down and enjoy our meal. The milk shake I ordered was delicious. They have available a little rack of clothing so you may purchase a souvenir item by the door. They also have stickers at the register. Friendly crew of people working there. Clean restrooms. Plenty of fresh water in a canister to drink. We parked directly across the street in a small parking lot. I definitely recommend this establishment. I will be back to try something else on the menu.

We were visiting from out of town for a concert at the Lodge Room. When my husband was looking at restaurants near the venue, he found this one and saw they had a veggie burger for me. When we walked in, I noticed it was all vegan. My husband likes his meat, but he said he’d give it a try. I had the cheeseburger and he had the “beefy” cheeseburger. Both were very tasty, even my husband thought so. Prices were very reasonable for eating out. I wish we had one closer to home.

This is where you take your meat eating friends when you’re craving a burger but have dietary restrictions. I had the Burgerlords cheeseburger which was fabulous and had so much flavor. My friends got the “Beefy” burger and it was a great in-house meat substitute. The textures were great, flavors were burger-y. Highly recommend the fries as well - crispy and DELISH! If you can’t have dairy their “Milkshakes” had the perfect texture and amazing flavor. A great choice for when you cant decide where to go!

This burger was truly amazing. Came all the way from San Diego and was not at all disappointed. The homemade patty was absolutely bangin’ and they automatically got a +1 for that. I really appreciated that it wasn’t just a Beyond or Impossible patty. I ordered the gluten-free double cheeseburger because I have celiac disease and everything from the gluten free bun to the patty to the pickles was super fresh and flavorful. Classic fries on the side to compliment (also very hot and fresh and crispy). Will definitely come by again next time I’m in LA!

My favorite vegan burger place so far due to excellent savory tasty burgers, fries, and shakes. I always get the Brainburner and a coffee shake and share fries with my spouse. I can’t remember the name of the burger he got - name of a state or city I think? He enjoyed it. The staff are warm and helpful without being overburdening and the ambience is kinda old meets new in the best way. They play decent catchy tunes as well. Been here a few times and will be back. (Btw - I wouldn’t say I eat strictly vegan but it’s around 65% of the time.)

Burgerlords is decent but I'm rounding down to 3 stars because I had high expectations. I have tried vegan burgers and shakes before (notably Ziggy's in SLO) and had heard the hype about this In-N-Out style restaurant. Unfortunately, this place has some of the same flaws.

There is a limited selection of burgers, which felt disappointing (even though I like the simplicity of the real In-N-Out menu). The normal patty doesn't have any distinct flavor and just tastes like fritters. I'd recommend paying extra for the beefy patty. My jalapeno "mind" burger tasted overwhelmingly of picked peppers when I expected smoky spice, although the cheese had good presence and the chips added texture. The vanilla milkshake had a strong taste like soy or peanut butter instead of creamy vanilla - Ziggy's has great milkshakes so I know Burgerlords can do better. The french fries were perfectly cooked and the Animal-style-style sauce and onions were a perfect addition (although the American "cheese" was too subdued). Finally, service was great and I loved the vintage themed decor.

The price was quite high - about $50 for 3 burgers, one fry, one shake, and a small tip+tax. Assuming vegan isn't a hard requirement, I'd just go to a burger restaurant that offers Impossible patties with more delicious toppings.

This location is like the elevated, hip in n out that only serves delicious vegan burgers. This place has wonderful mid century diner style atmosphere that is as charming and hip as it's customer base. Delicious vegan burgers, I had the classic cheeseburger and my partner had the Brain burger which came with yummy chips inside. Fries were perfectly crispy outside and soft on the inside. Staff is friendly, and there's a bathroom at the back if your bladder is bursting like mine was ???? Overall, great spot, which I will return to again and again.

So good. This is among the best vegan burgers I've had. The crunchy jalapeño chips enhance a juicy burger ???? that has all the elements of creamy and hearty one expects in comfort food. The Burgerlords thousand island, ranch sauce, and pureed pepperoncini hot sauce are fire ????.

THE best burger in town - vegan or not. I’ve been vegan for many years and will try non-vegan burgers around town, but there’s been no reason to do this since discovering Burgerlords. What distinguishes them from anywhere in town, or world for that matter, is all their burgers are homemade - “veggie” and “burger.” You can really taste the quality.

Make sure to follow them on social for dope specials they bring back from time-to-time, along with join their club for free stuff. Their Lord of the Fries are 100x better than In-N-Out and vegan, so it’s a win win. My go to is the Brain Dead burger, and an Oreo shake.

Can’t recommend or hype this place enough.

Delicious vegan fare at an affordable price! I highly recommend you try one of their tahini shakes; you won't be disappointed! The outdoor seating was lovely as well, marred only by the heavy traffic & noisy cars, but the service was great and I'd definitely go again.
