I got the vegan burger, which was delightful because the patty was made in-house with various vegetables but still maintained that meaty umami flavor we crave in fleshy burgers. The fries were also a treat: thick, seemingly fresh, with browned skin flakes and a crunchy-soft texture. Prices are what they are, but if you eat in rather than order out, you'll appreciate the decor and SoCal-soulful vibes.

1st time here. Too salty. Double cheeseburger is okay. I asked for crispy-but-not-burned fries. These taste as if they were done then places back into the Fryer. They are crispy and rubbery. Some are burned. No drink.

Burgers99 is the kind of place you go after work to chill with a friend and just people watch for a bit. The double cheeseburger is a big boy; felt well worth the $12. The hot dog was a fun added something extra (mustard, pickles, and onions). Fries were okay; I ended up air frying the extras the next morning until they were dark and crispy, so maybe I’ll try and get ‘em well done next time round. Either way, rad spot.

Delicious vegan burger at a fair price. Icing on the cake was playing Mario Kart 64 while we waited.

The price of the burger compared to the size was the only aspect lacking. Easy pickup, kind, staff, and great food. I would give the hickory bacon burger a solid 8/10 but the fries... They may be some of the best fries I've ever had. A perfect crisp on the outside with a luxurious fluffy texture inside. 10/10. Overall, I just wish the price of the burger was a bit cheaper for not being a super large burger. I actually wrote this review with a 4, but I'm so passionate about these fries that I'm rolling with a 5 stars. ⭐️????

This place seems to be pretty popular so I gave it a try. Low prices make this tasty burger even better. This is nothing more than a classic burger with no frills.

Fries:Double Cheeseburger:Hickory Burger

Damn. Burgers are amazing. Fries are good. Everything in each individual burger went well together. Love how the buns are not thick and allow for the beef flavor to stand out. I do not like dill. But their secret sauce is good. So is the Hickory sauce. Not too sweet. Bacon is thick and crispy.
Adding Burger 99 to burger joints that I like. All with menus that are simple. With no frills burgers. The way it should be from a great burger joint.
