Second time there and same delicious experience! Their Castella cake is delish! We got this time the chocolate castella and its very good. Cheesetella is located inside the mall in food court ....

We enjoyed the fluffy "jiggly" cake that is all over YouTube videos. It really jiggles. We tried plain and mocha, the latter was extra moist with a rich espresso flavor. The plain tastes of the egg meringue which gives the cake fluffiness. It's somewhat like popovers (Yorkshire pudding to the English) with the most highly evolved texture ever. Attentive staff.

The cheesetella cake was tasty, but to my horror, I found a LIVE FLY inside my box when I opened the box at home! I had to shave off the cake about an inch all around the cake where the fly could have been around on. It was disgusting and maddening!

Dropped by this place to get my wife a little present before heading back to San Jose. If you're a dessert lover and you love castelle cakes and cheesecakes, come here!! It's so good when it's fresh! The cheesecakes are refrigerated and as long as you can keep it cold, it'll last a couple of days. The castelle and cheesetelle cakes are better eaten fresh, so you can really see that jiggle. It's located in the ktown plaza food court which I was surprised to see alot of yummy food. Next time I come back, I'll make sure to save my stomach for some of the vendors! Try it out!

I bought a green-tea-tella back and my family all enjoyed it. The size was huge! I had their cheesecake before, which was pretty good as well. Highly recommended.

I love their cakes here! Their cakes are light and I can eat a whole cake in one sitting. Its like a mixture of a sponge cake and a cheesecake. It has the cheese taste of a cheesecake cake but light and fluffy like a sponge cake. They are super soft and jiggy.

I got cheesetella and creamstella. Cream was the best. It's not that sweet, so kids can enjoy it as well. Cheesetella was little salty for me, but it was nice.

fluffy creamy cake located in Koreatown plaza food court. friendly staff and their slushie was also delicious.
