Great neighborhood spot - we live nearby and like to come here for a cozy meal. They have a simple beverage menu with a few affordable and mass-appealing bottles of wine available. For a meal for 2 people including 1 appetizer, 1 salad, 2 entrees, and a bottle of wine, our bill came in just under $100 (before tip).
Everything was delicious. We saw positive reviews of the sausage appetizer, and it didn't disappoint. The server mentioned that the pumpkin ravioli would be sweet, and she was NOT exaggerating. I ate all of the ravioli, but did leave wishing I had something more savory - it was almost like a dessert. I went in thinking I would get cannolis for dessert, but there was no need after the ravioli. Last time we were here, I had the mushroom risotto, which I found to be more balanced.

Some of the reviews here say the pesto spaghetti is good. It's not just good, it's DIVINE. The best texture, creamy and rich and full of basil flavour. Sauce to pasta ratio is insane. Get it - and do yourself a favour and get the lasagna too, and the bolognese. We didn't get a chance to try the cioppino, but next time for sure. We also had the calamari special, with a delicious smoky flavour that was to die for. Overall one of the best Italian restaurants in LA for sure, and low-key as well.

The pesto pasta with shrimp is so good! If you are in the LA area and enjoy Italian food look no further than Calori! Get the Panna Cotta you will not regret it. Delicious food and chill vibes.

Came here on a Saturday night with friends. Would recommend getting a reservation cause the place is on the smaller side. Had the Spaghetti with pesto + chicken topped with cheese. The prices are reasonable and the food was good. Servers were friendly and attentive with our needs and water refills.

Yes dine in. Yes still BYOB with no corkage Fer for the first wine bottle. Yes the calamari is still divine. Yes the specials are incredible (new york steak meat special) and yes the cheesecake is as good as ever. Treat yourself for getting fully vaccinated and spending a year in social distancing by coming here for dinner!

At last, back to the Colori Kitchen for my favorite Cioppino.

We were the first dine-in customers they had served in one year. Exactly one year later, on the first day they reopened for dine in.

Lasy year, we were actually the last customers before the dine-in was closed.

Although other dishes are delicious too, but Cioppino top the list! Bonus point, it is a large bowl, I got to take home the unfinish portion then throw some seafoods for another meal.

Not only their Cioppino is a must try, is so far (in my opinion) "the" best Cioppino I have ever tasted in Southern California.

Don't miss out the Cioppino, it is DELICIOUSSSS!!!

Italian is one of my favorite cuisines and I’ll eat as often as I can. Colori is one of my go to Italian restaurants. It’s not a fancy place, it has more of a mom and pop feel to the place and that is what makes this place great. Their food taste as if they have an old Italian Grandma of Grandpa in the kitchen cooking up their secret family recipes. Couple dishes I love are the lasagna and the spaghetti carbonara. As for their deserts, their cheesecake is sooooo damn good. They’re working on getting a liquor license but in mean time you can bring your own bottle of wine...that is when they’re allowed to serve people indoors.

Their food is always consistently good.. service is always great and their BYOB policy is always a plus!

I've rarely been disappointed with any if their specials, but their bolognese, cioppino and calamari are always my favorite.

Delicious home style Italian food. I had the bolognaise. It was delicious. My friend had a very large lasagna. He enjoyed it as well. The calamari steak appetizer was also different and good. The service was prompted and efficient. All in all a good experience.

We returned in March 2018 and I'm happy to say that the quality is still excellent.
