You can tell right away that Elio’s is committed to providing customers with the best quality pizzas for their dollar. We arrived at 4:30 (opening) and the owner Elio, took our order/made the pizza right in front of us. He constantly turned the pizza and it was done in only a few minutes - perfectly charred but not overdone. Their Margherita Pizza is a great way to taste the quality of ingredients and attention to detail, especially if it’s your first time there - it’s only 13$. I look forward to coming back next time I’m in LA, super impressive establishment that Elio has built and nothing but respect to him and his team.

The ingredients and dough are all very fresh. We got the tres carnes pizza and I forgot to take a photo before eating one slice ???? I would definitely come again!

Delicious wood fired pizza from lovely people! The price is a great value and the food is super tasty. Perfectly chewy yet crunchy crust and incredible charred flavor. They are now a full blown food truck, which is amazing since they started out of the back of a pick up truck.

Possibly the best pizza I’ve had in LA. They have a load of options, I’ve had the margarita & burrata so far and they’re amazing. The prices are also very reasonable and the pizzas come out FAST. Parking is a breeze too as it’s in a large parking lot.

Veggie pizza, but I added sausage, so it lost its veggie appeal. While I felt my guilt rising for not being a vegetarian, anymore, I compensated by adding burrata & arugula. That, was divine intervention. Need I say more? I could, but why? I’ve given you the secret to a happy life. Now, may you live long, eat pizza, and prosper.

One of the best pizza in town! Been going here ever since the OG days and the quality hasn’t changed, if anything it has gotten even better more fresh and baked crisp! Give a try and you won’t ever order from other spots again!

This place is run by a fellow Guatemalan that makes amazing pizza. Was waiting for my pepperoni pie when another guy showed up and ordered like 10 pizzas. He told me that he the place made the best pizzas, that he was a regular. The truth is the pizza is amazing. You probably want to keep the pizza simple, not too many topping, that will make the flavor the best ever. The place is now a food truck in front of liquor store. You can park at the liquor store and walk 20 feet to get to the truck. Worth it!

All I can say is that this pizza smells totally authentic to this Jersey Girl. Sadly, I can't eat it. But I've waited in line quite a few times with my husband, who loves it. Glad to hear they're in a truck after having done it off of his pickup for so long.

Nice pizzas but there’s some room for improvement.
The pizza is a bit too soft, floppy and thin. Pizza was not cut well, took me a few mins to fix that at home. Also the prosciutto pizza was super soggy and wet, too much spinach. Would’ve been better if that was added after cooking or cooked down prior to make it less wet. Was hard to tell if the bottom of pizza was just so damp or under cooked, structurally the bottom of the pizza needs more thickness.
All in all not bad. Didn’t have to wait in line and was in and out in 10 minutes, not going to happen at most places in LA.

Elio's doing such a great job! His pizza is really good and very budget friendly. Definitely worth it to stop by and get one. We had the margarita and it was quite delicious! I would suggest you to eat the pizza before you get home because it will get cold fast (or you can always use your oven once you get to your place to heat it up).
