Ordered 깐풍새우 sweet n sour shrimp. It was the "most horrible " food ever. It was sooooo greasy that you'd have enough oil to grease up an entire motor engine. There was sooo much batter that you can't even see the shrimp, which was smaller in size than a half dollar coin. And also, it was brown. So brown that it seems like they deep fried it in oil that's probably a week old. I now have a queasy feeling in my stomach and had the runs twice. One order of 짬뽕 and one order of 깐풍새우 came out to $37. The most expensive batter and oil i ever paid for. Too bad it didn't come with pepto bismol. BEWARE.

Haha! The jajangmyeon was not hot, so I got irritated by the waitress. Thank you for switching me to a new one right away. It was delicious.

I've been in and out of ktown for 20 years and this place has been there this whole time without much change. Can't say for sure if it's always been the same owner but they did a fairly good job of keeping that traditional korean-style chinese dishes (jjam ppong and jja jang myun among other dishes). They also kept the price down compared to other places. Mom and pop restaurant but give it a shot, its worth it.

Ordered peking chicken, black bean noodles, and sweet and sour shrimp. The peking chicken had 6 small pieces of chicken lmao. The noodles looked like half order of noodles. The shrimp also looked like a half order. We got no kim chi and no onions with the black bean sauce. We called to complain but they started acting like they didn't understand us and just hung up on us. Also the old man that was delivering the food got a 15 percent tip and didn't even say thank you. How does a business like this survive for so long? It boggles the mind.

I can only talk about the new owners (didn't even know about it as I recently found out here). Their food has old-time vibe that I ordered from some neighborhood Chi-Kor restaurants way back in the days. I particularly like thier Jjampong (pork intestine one). Other dishes are also very decent and the portion is very large. Highly recommended!

Okay, wow. First of all, this is my first review and I have to give it to this place. I kind of stumbled in here, wanting korean Chinese noodles. 1.The service from a young man in glasses I assume he's the owner or owner's son was Brilliant. So welcoming and passionate. He offered different choices and then said to go with the Gan cha Chang and he would bring champong soup along side. What actually came was champong soup, noodles, cha Chang soup and veggies separately so I could have both. And it was all Delicious. What a gem! Good job guys haven't seen service like this in a while.

This place is a favorite for my girlfriend and I. It's a hole-in-the-wall place and not fancy at all, but the food is great. Our personal favorites are the Korean sweet and sour chicken and Mongolian beef. The Peking chicken was a bit too spicy for me, but I have a low spice tolerance. Definitely recommend this place.

I love spicy food, so when I heard this place gave jjanpong soup with their lunch specials, which is very unique, I had to go and check it out. But when I got there, I discovered their Peking Chicken. It is one of my favorite dishes now. I cannot describe it, but it is spicy and just good food. Their service is great also.
