We absolutely loved our visit to Jeon Ju and would definitely come back in a heartbeat. Our server was extremely friendly and hospitable, and the food was authentic and delicious. We were also offered complimentary banchan (Korean side dishes) and barley tea refills which was a nice surprise.

For food, we chose the beef bulgogi bibimbap and buji jjigae which were particularly delicious.

Finally, the price was incredibly reasonable for Koreatown and LA. For two main dishes (which were huge portions), a coke, and of course the compimentary barley tea and banchan, the bill only came to $36!

Visited 9 Sep 2022 (Fri) at 7pm. There was no wait to be seated and the restaurant has plenty of seats available.

I love this place! I must admit that my favourites here are the bulgogi and the kim chi! The kim chi they serve has just the right amount of crunch and tanginess to it. In fact I once bought a gallon container of it to take home.
The ladies who work here are very nice and friendly.
Always a lovely experience here :)

Good, but pricey for the portions in my opinion. Banchan was average. Hole-in-the-wall type interior, very casual.

We had a great meal here as four vegetarians/vegans! We all had the tofu bibimbap which came with several sides including kimchi and seaweed soup. Great value and friendly people working.

Delicious experience. I’d never had bibimbap before, but I’d heard this was the best in LA so I gave it a shot. One of the best meals I’ve had in LA so far. So many different things to sample!

I have been looking for a good bibimbap restaurant similar to bibimbowl in the bay area. This place has satisfied my bibimbap cravings!

I ordered a bulgogi dolsot bibimbap with no seaweed soup and no mushrooms on grubhub. They got my order correctly! Some places don’t read my comments and usually leave whatever I asked to be removed.

Anyways, the food came fresh and pretty warm! I thought the food would be cold or room temperature by the time it got to my location, but it was fresh still!

The look of the food wasn’t great at first because it looked messy, but the food was delicious to me! I loved it! I think this place will be my go to place for bibimbap! Some part of the rice is crispy rice which was good! I usually don’t like it because it gets stuck on my teeth, but it wasn’t as bad as i thought it would be for this place. I love the fried egg mixed in here as well as the veggies! I believe the sauce is korean chili sauce. I poured some and made it better!

It also came with side dishes as well! The side dishes was good too! Their kimchi is delicious! Some places don’t have good kimchi, but this place tasted good!

The price is a bit on the pricy side, but the amount of food I got filled me up! I still had 1/4 left and I felt full. I did end up eating everything and felt really full. I think it was worth it in my opinion

In my opinion, I would recommend this place!

I love this place! It was our first time visiting K-town in LA, and their bibimbap was the best!! It is a mom and pop restaurant in a strip mall, and we were so glad to have found this place! Lots of veggies in our bibimbap and lots of side dishes!
