Pupusas de queso are great! 5 stars to that! However the ladies working there have such horrible attitude. Especially a blonde lady with glasses, didn't get her name, we asked her for things and she kinda brushed it off until a few minutes later to put in my 1 order. I understand sometimes people have hard days but as soon as men walked in she was the biggest sweetheart to them. Unprofessional...

If you want to eat good pupusas you're better off going somewhere else. We ordered pupusas revueltas and they served us cheese pupusas. Definitely not coming back to this place.

Music is too loud and there was 2 songs playing at once, many customers requested the lower music and server deny it.

I have been a faithful client to la pupusa loca almost 25 years I love their food but they just lost me because of the long time waiting for my food it's horrible even the owner told me if I want fast food I should go to McDonald's or Starbucks that was so rude and their cooks also are very very rude

I’ve been here about 4 times in the past 2 years. Unfortunately, the customer service here is so bad if I could give it a zero, I would. Every single time I’ve ordered it’s over a 30 minute wait for take-out. I order about 3-4 pupusas. On one occasion I went in to pick up my food to wait 1 hour because the waitress didn’t see my order through their food app and only sent it to the kitchen when I arrived to pick it up. No apologies we’re made or explanation was given...
Last night, I placed my order over the phone. Jocelyn an employee answered the phone and asked me to hold. I waited 15 mins and she never picked up. I hung up and called again until someone else answered and I explained Jocelyn never picked up my call again. Again, no apology or explanation was given. Once again it was over 25 mins for the food to be ready. I won’t be bringing business here any more the waitresses are too busy talking with one another and gossiping they don’t make customers feel welcome...

The staff was friendly and helpful. They knew that it was our first time there and my parent's first time eating Salvadorean food. I had the stewed beef (guisado) - which was delicious. The meat was flavorful and tender and just fell apart with the touch of the fork. The pupusas revueltos were crispy on the outside and mega cheesy on the inside. Perfect when paired with the type of cole slaw served along with the pupusa. The pupusa espinaca was my mom's favorite. The owner would come by and ask if we needed anything and any request was attended to immediately. At night they change the lighting from the bright over lighting to a more romantic amber colored lighting and spanish music is played to set the mood. It was a beautiful dinner experience.
