The Ceviche and Tacos were phenomenal! I also had their hibiscus strawberry Margarita with Mezcal. I would definitely return!

On a journey to discover more Mezcalerias in LA, this was a sweet spot. The waitress was great & made sure we were taken cared of. I tried Mex Paloma it was a great mix and not too strong, for my taste ???? would definitely try again & recommend for a chill night out!

Nothing terribly bad to say.
I enjoyed the strawbiscus margarita..
I did not enjoy the chips. Much rather have fresh/warm salted chips. Personal preference though.
Beef taco was good. Ordered them twice.
Did not enjoy the pork one. Way too greasey. So much so had to sit there and squeeze it out so that I could eat the rest.
The hostess was nice. The guy who brought out the food....mmmm.... Hate to say it but he almost brushed me off. Almost.
I asked for some Verde sauce. He automatically blurted out "We don't have any."
After he thought about it for a full second he then offered to go check. Miraculously he came back with some.
Thought that was weird since there were at least 2 items on the menu that came with Verde sauce on it!
Absolutely did not like my waitress.

Great spot. People are awesome. The interior is cozy and comfortable-definitely a casual place. Come as you are.
I had the Smoke 'Em If You Got Em cocktail (and some shots-which...are shots), and it was really good (I'm not big into the sweet and sour; I prefer my drinks on the savory/sour side.) They have a range of drinks, and their knowledgeable staff will find one for you.
The food was good; it's what I would describe as LA-Mexican Pub Food. There's vegan options, and there's a number of fusion dishes that sit aside authentic Mexican dishes. Ultimately, the menu is wide, welcoming, and accommodating.
Overall, for a downtown restaurant with a good vibe, friendly staff, good food in the Mexican/LA style that's pretty affordable; it's a great spot for, at the minimum, a taco and a cocktail.

The food is amazing!!! Tacos, So good. Fried Brussel sprouts are incredible. I highly recommend trying this place, it will become your new regular. I had the drink called "burnt offerings".... ended up having two. Didn't try the others but the one I ordered was smoky and unique.

So this place gets one star. I ordered the street corn and the three taco meal, two of the porks both different and the beef one. The corn was disgusting. It was hard barley cooked and literally tasted like nothing. There was no chipotle aioli sauce on it at all. The tacos were a complete waste of money. They had none of the toppings they are supposed to come with. Just meat, onion and cilantro one had some sauce as you can see in the picture. To be fair this seems to be a common theme with restaurants when ordering on doordash, they skimp the orders because obviously there’s nothing you can do. For meat and a tortilla I could of went to the food truck and payed 3$ for three tacos versus 15$. The meat tasted good but was dry as hell. Will definitely not order here or bother going considering they jip their customers when it’s already over priced.
