Big coffee aficionado. Came in here because I loved the cafe interior design from the pics and was excited to try the coffee. I ordered “ two Oatmilk lattes with honey” but the baristas made cold brew iced coffees instead. When I went back I said this to the barista and he told me I was wrong lol and that I ordered iced coffees. I go everywhere in La and I order an oatmilk latte with honey everytime. Anyway that was Gaslighting 101. Super weird vibe not going there again and the coffee was garbagio

It has nice cool vibe and seating. There are tables both inside and outside. (there are a lot of coffee shop don’t have a table, so that’s plus+++)
We had flash brew coffee and butterscotch coated croissant, and both of them were quite impressive. ????
The coffee was nice and bitter taste and completely different flavor than cold brew, it was worth to try!

Rude staff, average coffee. They serve every drink in to-go cups, because the staff are too lazy to wash the dishes, not environmentally friendly at all. The service is non-existent, and impolite. Please make sure to hire decent people, not some mean, bitter, snobby ones (especially the short miserable girl with glasses).

The first time I visited Neighborhood, I wasn't expecting much and was happily surprised by the excellent flat white. Every visit after that, my first impression is only confirmed and reinforced. The staff is always friendly and smiling, though not the conversationalist type. Whether it's a cortado or iced latte, the delicious coffee always cheers me up on a chilly morning, or cools me down during one of those heat wave days. They keep the list of signature drinks short and nothing exotic. I tried the "Day Drinker", a whiskey vanilla latte that, as the name suggests, has a malty touch that makes the brisk 8am feel like a warm 11am.
Neighborhood is located in a charming antique apartment complex called Casa La Brea. The storefront is small and deep, with a big table in the center, some merchandise displayed by the street window, and the coffee bar further inside. At the end of the room, you can get still and sparkling water on tap.
It took me a while to discover the seating area in the patio of the apartment building. Four small tables are tightly set up in the patio entry way. Though always shaded and constrained by space, the seating area has a neat view of the patio and its stairs drenched in morning sunshine. The Spanish tiles look even more exquisite in the warm, pouring light. For a moment, I can pretend I'm in Andalusia.

This is a great little coffee shop, we ordered a breakfast bagel and each Latte, the food was excellent and the service great. There was a short wait for food but that only reflects how popular the place is - absolutely fantastic coffee.

THE PERFECT latte ????❤️???? If I live in LA, this would be my to go place for latte! Perfectly foamed, on point temperature and very nice service!!

Great coffee, great staff. Everyone was so nice, and it’s a beautiful coffee shop with plenty of seating. The baked goods are really good too, especially the donuts.

Great space. Lots of natural light and air. Americano and pastries were solid. Would definitely come back. Street parking was surprisingly easy to find.

Coffee served with a smile. Really good coffee in a cool coffee shop. Also place on the patio and in the "ally". Cool design and very relaxed. Parking on the street or on the side streets. Hard to find at first ( small signs ) but well worth it! Go there if you like coffee and cool coffee shops. Just go there!
