Saw this place on infatuation la’s best places to get pizza list. I will say that both me and my girlfriend love this place. We went this particular night because the special was a slice of pizza covered in meatballs and tomato sauce.

Order ahead to reduce the wait time.
The dough on their squares are amazing. Light and airy, yet perfectly crispy. The magic is that this is achieved without the crust being excessively greasy.
Don’t forget to leave room for dessert. Their menu changes all the time so make sure to follow them on instagram or check their website.

I’m a thin crust guy but this was a pleasant surprise. It is thick but still super crusty (it’s just great bread tbh) and the sauce is amazing! They do a different pizza every now and then so that’s pretty cool if you’re looking for something new. Changed my pizza experience as I thought I wouldn’t go for this style. (returning customer) ????

This pizza is absolutely incredible! Extra fresh and cheesy, without too much crust or sauce getting in the way. If you're like me and don't like pizza crust all that much, you will LOVE the edges of these pizzas, which consist of hardened baked cheese. The corner pieces were extra desirable for that reason! One pizza is 8 slices, which is enough for 2 to 3 people, maybe 4 if you're not starting.
Haven't tried the cakes yet but have heard good things, although they're a little pricey.
This place started out as a pop-up and it still has that upstart energy and vibe. There's limited seating so consider getting it to go and eating at Elysian Park. Order ahead for a full pizza, or walk up for just a slice.

Absolutely looove Quarters Sheets Pizza. It had the perfect amount of sauce, spice, and flavor. I’ll definitely be back to try their other slices. Workers are super friendly and helpful too!

We tried 3 pizzas and 3 cakes. All the cakes were a disappointment as they were all far too salty. The worst one was the passion fruit bay leave custard cake… why did it taste so much like egg? (a cup that wasn’t wash properly and ended up smelling like egg do be exact) ????????♂️
The price of the dessert definitely didn’t match what we received

Quarter Sheets is the best Detroit Style pizza in LA, and possibly the best I’ve ever had. Make sure to try their rotating specialty pizzas and don’t forget their incredible desserts!
