Omg! I think this was the best gejang I’ve ever had. So fresh and crab roe was very creamy and rich. Great service too. Highly recommend.

Picked up soy marinated crab for take out and immediately wished I’d made a larger order. Easily the best version of this dish I’ve ever had (subtle sauce and the crab was so sweet). I can tell they care about what they’re serving.

A small but clean restaurant with no compromise on the food quality. Both the soy crab ( ganjang gejang ) and spiced crab are fresh and tasty. Even though the crabs are signature dishes , the seafood pancake is also yum yum . I like the chewy texture .

Ordered take-out for soy marinated & spicy marinated crabs along with braised spicy chicken. Everything was excellent. The soy marinade was not overly salty and was seeped perfectly into the crab so that every bite was filled with incredible flavor. Spicy crab was luckily nothing I couldn't handle and was also very delicious, especially with steaming white rice!

All the foods were packaged nicely with no spills, and prep time was quite fast as well. I definitely recommend trying this restaurant if you're craving some good Korean raw marinated crabs.

Clean establishment, Anthony Bourdain would approve using the bathroom as a strong indicator. The marinated crab is great! Lots of bright orange roe in their Korean crabs. The seafood pancake was good although pricy. Skip the seafood soup

Soy marinated crab ⭐️⭐️⭐️: I'm personally not a big fan of crab let alone raw crab so docking a few stars. I can see people who are fans of seafood or raw seafood being big fans of this dish. To my knowledge there's not many or no other places that serve something like this so overall bumping rating for that aspect

Sautéed spicy eel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: personally strongly preferred this dish as I don't like raw crab. The eel was bouncy with almost a calamari-like texture and is sautéed with various vegetables and a spicy sauce.

The service here may not be the best but their soy marinated crabs are pretty darn good. When we arrived, there was no one to greet us and we had to wait a while before a server came out from the back. Once seated though, she was pretty attentive.

The crabs were delicious and we were given sesame seed oil to make bibimbap with, which we really appreciated. They also provided scissors and crackers for the legs as well as gloves to squeeze the crab pieces with.

The crabs were admittedly more expensive than we expected but I'd say it's worth the money. This might turn out to be a regular spot every time we visit LA!

Not sure that I'd come back again, but definitely a unique experience!

Listen to all the other reviews and opt for the combo, as you save a lot more money than buying the dishes specifically. We ended up going with Combo C and really liked the braised seafood (also didn't realize this part of the combo would be so much larger than the rest of the dish).

The two raw crab dishes were really unique and I've definitely seen them around social media much more recently, but I don't know that it was my favorite. Small parking lot in this plaza, but it seems to be almost always full and there's valet available as well as needed.

Solid eatery if you're craving crabs, a good alternative to Master Ha. Better than Soban which compromised after their Gold's 101 recognition. Rich Crab is tucked away in a small corner in the plaza but the inside is definitely spacious.

Parking is valet, as of Oct 2021 it's $2 per car. Hard to find street parking around.

They offer gloves and hand sanitizers at the tables. Service is great even with the lack of workers on a Friday night.

We ended up getting the soy marinated crab and spicy marinated crab. Quite delicious.

I went to this place for just one thing: soy marinated crab. Unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. The entire place smelled like fish which was a bad sign. The side dishes were mediocre and salmon fish head was just bland. The crab (간장게장) didn't have too much flavor. Perhaps other dishes are better but I definitely won't go back for the crab.
