Quick service and the food is always hot and delicious all the time. I had the pork chops , macaroni and cheese , greens and corn bread, yummy. On another outing fried chicken , it was golden brown and crispy, with rice and gravy , yams and greens , yummy . Fast and efficient service . Great prices a nice portions

My mom hipped me to this spot years ago. This place looks and cooks like a mom and pop spot should! You don't expect great soul food by looking at it, but man you have to try it! Great food and nice portions. I highly recommend.

I had 2 Turkey Wings, dressing collard greens, black eye peas and corn bread. The food was delicious and the price and portion was great. Yummy

really good food! not too salty. the catfish is really good. mac and cheese... it's passable. collards are good. black eyes are really good as well as the green beans. the johnny cakes (that's what I call them) are fluffy and idk anywhere else that serves them...complimentary at that! quick service. I called in and didn't have to wait on hold long. I recommend calling in. it's a walk up window to order. cash only. atm on site. reasonably priced. there is a small parking lot on site. bus stops very close by. I recommend.

Service is good, Food Not so much...My chicken was not seasoned, Neither were the yams or Black-eyed peas. Someone poured B-B-Que sauce over everything I guess to give it flavor. Umm I'll pass on this place for Soul Food! The only reason my plate looks clean is because I recooked the Yams and Black-eyed peas but chicken I couldn't save lol

The pork chops was not seasoned but still tasted okay. The potato salad was amazing! Hot water cornbread was good. Mac & Cheese was horrible. Was completely overcooked with no flavor at all. The worst I ever Mac & cheese ever!

The best soul food in the city. Beyond healthy portions. The greens are solid and the ox tail is worth the price of admission. Check em out and don't let the haters in the reviews throw you off. I went with the sirloin tips and the smothered pork chop today. Everything on the menu is bomb AF. Unless you're really hungry these plates are good for two meals.

Only my second time visiting. I had the Pork Chop meal and Catfish dinner. The PC meal was great. But I was disappointed with the catfish dinner. It look like fish strips or something??????????? Though it did taste ok....
