We had the palomilla with rice and beans and plantains and the garlic chicken. The beans was alright def not cuban (that's why rating is 4) but the steak and chicken and rlce were amazing. Cafe con Leche was ok. Definitely recommend.

Been coming for years. Still the same great taste. Best Cuban food for me. Chicken and pork combo is still best all around choice.

First let’s start out with some positives! Portions are plenty. Plantains we’re bangin’! But everything else was less than average. For the higher price tags, I was expecting much better quality.
First the Uber Eats delivery lady was a bit of a nightmare. She was rude during several exchanges and made unnecessary threats. She was a third party and had nothing to do with Versailles but it def got things off on a bad note.
When I brought my delivered food to my apartment, I was a bit irritated and distracted the terrible Uber Eats experience, and I quickly sat the tied up plastic bag of food on a chair. I wish I hadn’t cuz when I went to pick it up, there was shrimp garlic butter sauce all on my fabric chair cushion. The bag was leaking from the poorly packaged food. So now my chair cushion reeks of garlicky shrimp. I used a lot of detergent soap and just could not get the smell out.
My grilled pork chops were a bit over done for my taste and left me wanting more. They were a thinner cut so maybe that’s why (thinner cuts of any meat are much harder to cook to perfection). And tbh I wasn’t crazy about the very acidic sauce ( might have been lemon based).
My fiancé had the shrimp and he wasn’t happy with it. He said it tasted like it was frozen shrimp as opposed to fresh shrimp. With the prices we paid, he was expecting better. The rice tasted just like minute rice or instant rice so that too was disappointing. I’m paying $60 for two meals, only to get the impression that the restaurant is cutting corners.
Beans were average. I probably won’t ever order food from this establishment again.

Authentic quality Cuban food. Fast and friendly service. All the staples one would expect. Authentic Cuban sodas and milkshakes. Large portions, 3 dishes fed 4 people. Not a fancy place; just very solid Cuban food.

This place have all the Miami Cuban charm ambience, but it lacks good service etiquette. But the worst was the food, I ordered and my plates were ready in 5 min, everything is over spice with bell peppers and cummin smell so you do not smell that acidic smell when food is being cooked all day or left overnight outside. On my way home had to stop to throw up and stop by pharmacy.

This was some delicious Cuban food - my husband was born and raised in Miami and Versailles is such a staple. Ordered the Bistec Empanizado with a side of their
Mojo garlic sauce - absolutely fantastic. The Carne Con Papas was delicious as well, meat was super tender. The prices (at least on Doordash) were definitely on the higher side ($19-$22 for the entrees) but the portions are huge that we had enough leftover to eat as lunch the next day so it’s almost like 2 meals for the price of one!
Only thing I would improve is that I wish
whoever was picking the delivery orders made sure the containers were fully shut - when our food arrived there was some leaking into the bag from the beans and carne con papas. Thankfully we live close enough that the food was still hot and had minimal travel

If you want some tasty Cuban food this is the place to go. Everything we had was so delicious. We ate everything, even the crumbs of the sandwich’s.

Next level. Enjoyed every bite. Perfect proportions of beans, rice and plantains. You preferably would need two Pacifico’s. The ox tails fall of the bone, they were amazing. I’m tryna post a video but they won’t let me :( I also had the famous chicken from here and that sh*t was unbelievable i believe i took a pic of that too. Will update. I thank the staff everytime i hear. Amazing everything.
