I really enjoyed the food at this college town grill and bar. My burger was cooked perfectly and was delicious! My wife’s kale salad with grilled Salmon was fantastic! Oh, don’t forget to upgrade your fries to cheesy truffle. Soooo good!

Eureka is stocked with a variety of cuisines but mostly comfort American style food.
Drinks are tasty and range from mouth-puckering sweet to neat.
I think the ambiance is nice—depending on which restaurant you actually go to. My personal opinion is the UTC mall location is best because you’ll want to snack after enduring the seemingly small mall which exhausts those with less stamina!
All in, just be pleasant the mall host/hostesses endure a lot of entitled people’s!

The good: the food is delicious, salmon kale salad is extremely good and so is the bison burger.
The bad: the music is kinda loud and it's hard to hear the person that your sitting with.
The ugly: the bathrooms are disgusting, I feel like they must be short staffed because it takes for ever to get your order in and get your food.

Kyle the bartender at the SDSU location made me an original cocktail called “Cloudy Skies”. It was like a Whiskey Sour but with gin and some cranberry I think. Absolutely loved it, I hope he teaches others how to make it, it should really be on the menu! He was a great bartender and the Mac and cheese balls at eureka are also always amazing. Much love to Eureka.

I expected a decent sized crowd on a Sunday, after the San Diego Legion professional rugby game.
I guess Eureka did not.
Understaffed, and slow service.
Food was great, drinks were great.... when we finally got them.
I hope in the future they'll we able to accommodate 20 people on a Sunday evening. Not a party of 20, but 20 people total.
I would have liked to have stayed for a few more drinks, but didn't have time to wait.

Pretty tasty burgers. Parking structure next door & can validate your ticket. Good beer selection, plenty of outdoor seating. Loved the Mac & Cheese Balls #tasteslikemore

Me & my daughter ate here for lunch.I had the Cowboy Burger with sweet potato fries and my daughter had the Eureka! American Burger with shoestring fries. The food was delicious! Burgers were juicy & tasty! The only problem was we had to wait awhile to be seated and we waited along time to receive our food and it wasn't busy with alot of customers. Maybe they were short staff that day.

We went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy so the bartender was super attentive and helpful with our drink orders at the bar. He even was able to add tequila to my lavender drink per my request. My boyfriend got the pork riblets and he liked it enough to order it again too!

Beautiful Bar and Restaurant indoor and outdoor seating. Food looked and taste delicious. Water is served in cute bottles, disappointed that it was warm and taste like faucet water. Had to ask my server for ice as it was warm. Other than that great little place.
Watermelon hibiscus agua Caliente was my favorite. Like bitting into a Watermelon with tajin.
Charcoal lemonade was ok
