This place definitely is not your regular breakfast/ food joint. The portions are ginormous! We went in and were seated rather quickly for Sunday morning. The pricey are bit steep but the portions make up for it. I had the smoked bacon Benedict and only was able to finish half. It wasn’t your ordinary Benedict it was substituted with biscuit and sat on heavenly bed of mashed potatoes. It had a roasted pepper sauce that was delish.

Great breakfast spot with large portions. The fried chicken waffle tower and hash plates should be your go tos. The pancakes are also solid and the banana chocolate chip is a must have.

Sooo be prepared to wait , but well worth it. These portion sizes are epic, sharing is a good idea. Staff is friendly. Coffee was good, and check out the food pics! We ordered chicken and waffles- really great, chicken and eggs also on point, steak and eggs was average. Hot chocolate was a hit with the kids. Outdoor patio so cute!

Awesome restaurant with very good food. Restaurant was clean and service was fast and friendly. The plates are huge. One plate can feed 2 people. Ordered the Blueberry Pecan Pancakes, Truckers Special, and another breakfast plate. Will definitely be back for more…

Huge portions. Interesting menu items. I had the famous sage chicken and waffles with the bacon waffles. I loved the chicken part but the waffles, not so much. They were too dense and dry for my liking and the bacon was more of the ham variety and very chewy and hard in the waffles. The fresh potato chips appetizer was really good. My companions seemed to really like the dishes they ordered. And you will definitely have leftovers to eat later.

Good place to have breakfast/brunch with friends and family. One of fhe dishes we ordered came with spicy sauce, however we did not eat spicy at all. Our server was really helpful, he immediately changed the whole plate for us. It was a really great experience, especially on our vacation time in San Diego!!????????????

Wow! I'm floored by the service, the food, the portion sizes. Everything is excellent! The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate guests, and super kid friendly. Dishes are a bit pricey, but absolutely worth every penny. The portion sizes are extremely generous, and all served in a creative way.

Great customer service! Friendly staff and food was served very quickly! My husband and I aren’t from San Diego so everywhere we eat we have to go on foot. My aunt got us a gift card to use while visiting. We walked two miles from our hotel then back and it was well worth the trekking! Highly recommend visiting Hash House A Go Go! Thank you all for a pleasant and delicious dining experience!
If you comment about how tasteless the food is you need to get your taste buds in check or learn to lay off the butter and salt. Food was perfectly seasoned (yes seasoned not marinated in salt, pepper and butter) so thank you cooks for your proper cooking :)
Arrive early or make a reservation. We arrived right at open and people were beginning to line up.

Awesome place to enjoy a great meal. Plate servings are big, way worth the cost. Service was incredible, the people here are so talkative and friendly. Will come back in.
Keep in mind, this place is popular and can get busy at prime times, so expect some waiting time.

I have to say I love this place!!!!! I have been hearing this place for a long time. But I’m scared of the long waiting line. Recently one of my good friends told me Hash House A Go Go is their favorite brunch place and you can make a reservation on the website. So we did it and we feel totally no regrets. The size of their portion is kinda crazy, but I can still finish 2/3, you can take the rest of leftovers to go. The foods we ordered are fried chicken sandwich and smoke salmon Benedict. I love my Benedict very much, probably one of the best in my life. The cocktails are all delicious, my coconut mojito is amazing!
