The good: service, lighting was good , parking plenty. Food alright.
The bad: dusty my boyfriend kept sneezing
The ugly: no air condition this place is extremely hot

Great stop for amazing afternoon beverages & appetizers! Great friendly staff and view that’s pretty hard to beat!
The crab and shrimp nachos was pretty spars on the crab and dip. Basically nachos and salsa verde I’d pass for something else.

We hit Joe's Crab Shack during Comic-con, every year, though not very often in between. We always enjoy it; the service is friendly and efficient, the food is good, and the price point is fine for the location. I've enjoyed the blackened chicken Caesar, the Voodoo chicken fingers, shrimp, crab, etc. The place is fully accessible, with van parking, ramps, etc.

By far, the superior seafood restaurant. The only one I could find that sells king crab legs. Great view of the surrounding bay.

I was so excited to have some fresh crab and I was really disappointed because three legs of crab was about 50$ and I got the steam pot and it was not that great lol was not as fresh and buttery and good as you would expect crab to be in the end we paid 130$ for two meals and it wasn’t worth it maybe worth 20$ . Honestly if your going to spend money on seafood pick somewhere else.

It was my first time coming to this location, I used to go to the one that was located in Fashion Valley. I went here with my two daughters and had a great time. Our server "Isaiah" (surely not spelled that way, sorry) was great and the other staff was cool as well and seemed happy to work there (which is always good). My daughters liked it and had fun also and we will be going again.

I have had great experiences with other Joe’s Crab Shack’s; however this location, not so much. The hard part for me here is that the food isn’t necessarily bad, it’s the staff that is not worth the time. Specifically a manager named Reuben who treats people very poorly and with no respect in any way. Unless you are trying to be treated with zero respect and horrible customer service, don’t go to this location. I hope in the future they address these issues, but for now my opinion will stand. If you are looking for a great seafood restaurant close to this location, try Eddie V’s, their food is great and all their employees know how to treat their guests.

Decent food for takeout, but nothing super special about it. Maybe in person it's better. The fish tacos were fine. A bit light on the fish and heavy on the tortilla. The tacos are served with chips and white nacho cheese dip. It was ok, and needed some flavour. The chips were crisp and thin. The winner for flavour were the great balls of fire. They were spicy, but not too much. The outside was very crisp, not greasy and tasted pretty good.
All that being said, I was eating takeout. Everything may have been better at the restaurant. If I'm in the area I would try eating in to see if it was better.
