Loved the seafood and flatbread! Great view of bay and we even got to see some beautiful fireworks! Totally perfect for dates! I loved their Outdoor seating.
Somehow our server seemed to keep forgetting us. But that didn’t really affect the experience.

Our Sunday Champagne brunch was equally gorgeous and delicious for a perfect outing with family and friends. We sat on the patio deck with a perfect view of Mission Bay while our kids came in/out to snack on appetizing bites between sprints to the beach on their shell finding adventures.
Anna, our very attentive server, was not only providing great service but also shared with us her thoughtful menu selections to choose from. Our enjoyful three-hour lunch easily exceeded our expectations. Even with a busy Sunday crowd, Anna was checking in often and pleasantly ensuring our group was happy. She definitely added to our weekend stay at the Catamaran a great one.
Lastly, our three-course brunch was bountiful! The appetizer plate was more than one-person’s appetite and my medium rare prime rib was perfectly made and sized for TWO!

We went to this place because the Google menu said they had local sea bass, which would have been caught locally there and wanted to try it. Called ahead and found that they did not have sea bass, nor was it on their current menu, but they did say they had oysters. We ended up getting the last five oysters there. Ended up having fancy fish which I split with my friend. The bottle of wine recommended by the server was great. Service was excellent.

Before checking into the Catamaran hotel, I had the opportunity to have lunch at this restaurant. The menu wasn't as extensive as I thought it would be so I just ordered the burger and fries which were okay but not great. However, the staff was very polite and friendly and the restaurant had a nice view to relax and enjoy the meal.

If you're looking for bay views, ambiance, and really cool live music, this place is for you! The food was also good. Not great but good. I would have rated it a 4, but the service wasn't good, and I think it was just our waitress (her name started with a V, but that was all I could see on her name tag). We were seated for 15 minutes before our waitress came to our table. She never apologized for the wait, never introduced herself, never asked if we had questions about the menu, nothing. The food runners were nice, the busboy was nice, and the waitress for the table next to us was excellent. In the two hours we were there (we had an appetizer, dinner, and dessert), our waitress stopped at our table maybe three times total, four if I'm being generous, and two of those times were to take our dinner order and our dessert order. For the price, the service should be good across the board, not just if you're lucky enough to be in a certain section.

The food was delicious and not ordinary. The selection included many pairings we had never seen on other menus and they were done well. We ordered the roasted garlic toast, short ribs lasagne, the burrata chicken breast and the strawberry rum soaked cake. All were a different take on familiar favorites.

Yummy! And great service. We love the fish all around the hotel and the natural feel it has. Very calming and refreshing to walk into this place. The whole resort is beautiful and we will need to one back again to discover more that the area has to offer.

Plan in advance, reserve your table for sure. Awesome beach side location inside the resort. We stayed in the resort so easier for us , room delivery is way faster than dine-in, because of huge waiting list. But the wait was worth it. We enjoyed sea bass and salmon here, amazing flavors with couscous.

We went here for a nice Saturday night dinner by the water. It’s located at a family friendly resort. I had sushi and my date had salmon.
His salmon was really good and had flavorful seasoning.
My sushi was ok, but I’ve had better at less expensive places. I would think for this to be marketed as a higher end restaurant that the food would be top notch, but it didn’t meet my expectations.
The staff was nice, and the view of the ocean was relaxing.
We ordered cheesecake for dessert. It was a super small drizzle of cheesecake. It wasn’t even a slice! It tasted good, but one bite and it was gone :(
