We were a giant party of 40+ people and they accommodated us on a busy Friday night. Food was delicious. I had lobster ravioli. The only complaint that I heard is that mashed potatoes has no taste, they were not seasoned well. I myself didn’t try it so I can’t speak for it. Coco mojito was delicious.

I was suggested the Sole by Andrew and it was delicious! Will Def be coming back to try something else the next time in San Diego. This was by far my best dining expierence during my stay during Father's day and Juneteenth weekend. Andrew was the best and made the expierence worth while. The oyster shooter and melon tequila (I forgot the name) cocktail was great. I did not choose any desert. I would suggest sitting indoors for a quieter expierence and outdoors if you enjoy people watching. The portions were generous and filling after a day of fasting. The cocktail I included a photo of I had drank a sip of. It was full when it arrived!

Good service. The lobster ravioli ticked all the boxes. The steak was disappointing – cooked inconsistently. We ordered medium-rare, it was medium in the centre, and well done for the rest of it

We had a decent meal here. My biggest gripe is that the wait staff pressured us to order more appetizers than we really needed. We felt like we were taken advantage of because we were such a large group.

The crab cakes are amazing! Definitely some of the best crab cakes I had while visiting San Diego. The Sole, however, didn’t quite have the taste I was looking for in a stuffed fish. The potatoes were good though.

Sabrina is so amazing and friendly at Salt Water! The food and drink selection was fabulous as well as the relaxing atmosphere! Giovanni was also amazing and gifted us with some dessert and champagne for our birthday girl. Such a fabulous restaurant, we will be back!!

This is an amazing restaurant in downtown San Diego. Seafood selection is extensive also featuring prime beef cuts. Atmosphere is great and wine selection and drinks are top notch. We had an amazing waitress from Brazil that was so sweet, friendly and attentive that it made the evening top notch. Definitely worth a visit.

The most European style fresh fish restaurant I’ve been to in the USA., and I’m a native Californian. clean, fresh and delectable restaurant with the best chefs on the planet. Just make sure the adorable waiters get it to you hot. If not it comes back twice as good. The HAPPY HOUR IS AMAZIN. Chelsea is the best server human ever. And Gio is a fabulous manager. The servers are so professional and eager to please. You will undeniably be surprised and so happy to eat here. The elegance of the restaurant does not care your attire but only that you enjoy the food and atmosphere. #gaslampseafood

The quality here is unmatched and very well-priced if you don't order any drinks. The music was at a relaxing volume with 60s era jazz. My party and I especially enjoyed the steak tartare and the oysters. The grilled octopus was also a nice delicacy. While I don't understand why, my party ordered fried, but they were fine. They have plenty of seating and our server was quite friendly.
