Visiting from Phoenix we were introduced to this place by a friend that took us here for the fresh seafood. Great menu. Plenty of on site parking. My wife and I both had the fish sandwich. Huge. Full of very caught fresh fish. Sat on the outside patio. Scenice views of the marina. Extremely reasonably priced menu items. Highly recommend. One has to know this place is here.

Place is a joke, we had fried halibut but I think it was frozen cod, ordered mahi and was pretty thin. Tried to get some fresh halibut to take home from the market but no one was working the counter, people saw me waiting and just walked by until one gentleman ask if I needed help. He went in the back to tell them there was a customer and still waited for another 5 minutes until I walked out. Don’t waste your money

I was craving fish and chips. I thought for sure this would be a great place. I’m visiting from out of town. I ordered the halibut and chips. I was so disappointed it was dry, chewy and not fresh like the cashier told me. I didn’t eat the halibut but I did love their french fries. ????

Yes, it is a bit of a dive and exactly the kind of place I love. The shrimp tacos were delightful. The shrimps were nice and fat and juicy. The fish tacos were equally yummy. I stuffed myself until I could barely move. The atmosphere is perfect. We were watching harbor seals galavanting in the water and they were a riot. We are from Colorado and a friend of mine here goes back once a year and strongly recommended this place. It's been on my bucket list and I loved it. Thank you.

The grilled ahi tacos were SO GOOD, I ate them twice on our trip. Hubs had the seafood platter, and it was great! Our 9 year-old devoured the cheeseburger! The only negative was the coleslaw. Hubs loves coleslaw, but he barely touched it after initial taste. Would definitely return here!

If I could I would give them 3.5 starts but I had to round up. Wife and I got the seafood platter and a large bowl of chowder. Originally we got really excited because the sign "Best Fish N Chips in Town" sold us. Let me start by saying the tar tar sauce was the best I've had at any shop. Tasted like they had just made it in the back. Chowder wasn't bad but nowhere near my favorite. My wife and I shared thr seafood platter. The batter on the fish was disappointing and my wife really didn't care for it. She did however like the chips and all the other seafood. Decent amount of food for the price. Only actual gripe was the batter has no flake to it.

This place is not trying to be fancy but it's good at cooking fish. I had the shrimp and ahi tacos. Both were great. Outdoor seating is nice but this place looks like a dive bar. A great option if you're staying at the adjacent Hyatt Regency and looking for affordable good seafood.

Glad they're open. Decent oily fried fish, shrimp, calamari and fries. Salmon sandwich was OK.

Went here after a whale watching excursion for a quick lunch. It’s a nice small place, for some okay food. It’s right on the marina and we tried the fish and chips as well as the burger. The fries that came with were by far their best thing. They had a great crunch, were crispy, and soft in the center; with just the right taste. The fish was pretty disappointing though. Though the fish was definitely fresh, and the breading had a good crunch and wasn’t too greasy, it lacked any flavor. There were no spices at all on the breading, and was pretty mediocre fish and chips. The burger was also just okay, nothing special. But, overall an good place for a quick meal after a boat ride out on the marina, but disappointing in the overall taste of the food.

A hop and skip away from the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay. Great little place for large pieces of fish and chips. The chips were crispy and tender which can be substituted with a salad or rice. They also have fried clams and calamari as well as fish dinners, tacos and turf sandwiches. Give the chowder a try. There's also indoor and outdoor seating next to the marina. A very nice lunch after whale watching or fishing!
