If you hate cigarette smoke or have asthma then you should probably go elsewhere for your boba. Smokers crowd this place even though there's text on the window that literally says "no smoking within 10 feet". I've seen them sit on chairs that are literally right next to the shop but nobody really does anything about it. Still good drinks, I've gone here often despite the smoke lol

Should give them a negative rating. Went here @ Monday 9pm, just want to buy one cup of boba, there were 5/5 people in front of me, thought it would be quick, but waited more than half hour, finally I asked them if there anything wrong? The guy told me, it usually take 45 minutes, so I need waiting another 25 minutes (his math was wrong). I asked them to refund me, but they refused to refund my tip ( wish I never paid)

Limited items on menu. Boba good but not great great. they have restaurant on side poor service. Waited long time

My favorite place to sit and sip on boba while getting work done. There’s always a seat, service is good, drinks are decent and happy hour although wait can be long at times. Popcorn chicken is good with sauce.

they need to invest in a custodian or janitor, the restrooms are absolutely atrocious and messy. Every time I’ve went, there’s either urine on the floor, some blackish liquid combined with water, tissues, and at one point, feces smeared there. Customer service is questionable. I’ve waited two hours for my stuff when it should’ve been done an hour and a half ago. Brought my concerns and issues up with the cashiers but they either brushed me off or said they’d get it ready but then do absolutely nothing.

Long wait even though online order message says ready. I understand how stressful work can be, but I got an attitude from a worker when I asked for my pick up drink. The drink wasn’t bad, but I hope their service improves.

My first time here tonight I order brown sugar milk tea and grapefruit and orange both with boba ???? ???? popcorn ???????? chicken it was so delicious I’m coming back to try all the menu this month I highly recommend this place has a drive thru I only waited 13 minutes the staff was very efficient and friendly

Drinks are really good and so are the fries. They had a lot of orders so I had to wait about 30 mins but their customer service was really sweet and considerate. If there any errors in your order they fix it immediately

Ordered a regular brown sugar boba milk tea with half sugar and less ice. Tasted great until I drank a third of it and noticed a foreign object in the drink. Documented and immediately went up to the counter. Employees were extremely apologetic and offered a refund and another cup was remade. Apart from the first cup issue, the drink was good and nothing amiss the second time around. Would just recommend to stir your drink before consuming.

Had the spicy chicken wing combo... its good .. comes with plain white rice, corn salad, and a tea boiled egg... it was fun to eat ... had some fries .. the seasoning tasted like bbq with cinnamon...very tasty... also had a mango milk slush with boba...also very good... lots of hip Asians hanging out here
