The food was good, the service was good, the price was right. However, it was very hot in there. It was miserable for the customers and the staff.The owner should maintain the building, fix the air conditioner, and remodel the interior. I'll bet the last remodel was in the 70's. We won't we back, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

Staff is really nice and do very well , but you can tell they have more on their plate than they can handle. They are seriously understaffed and it can show on the restaurant. Fortunately the staff does their best and prioritize customer service so the experience was not bad at all.
Food was also nice. My gf loved the French toast

Great options for breakfast and pancake is a must!
Seated as soon as we came in. Friendly staff. Food was served quick, hot, and very tasty. Awesome choices for breakfast. They also have different types of butter, jam and syrups.

We were 3 times there. The first two times Martha was our waitress and she was really annoying, because when we were eating, she came to us like a thousand times and asked us if everythings alright. If a waitress does this one time, then it's like really nice but if she does it too often then I feel interrupted while eating and that's just rude. And the third time was a few minutes ago. No one came to us and we waited for like half an hour and there weren't a lot of people. The waitresses were doing nothing, instead of coming to us and let us order. One waitress even asked us after 20 minutes if we haven't ordered yet and after we told her, no one was coming, again. I will never go to an iHop ever again.

Eh. The food took a while and there weren't many people there. Eggs weren't cooked well. Can't really mess up bacon, sausage or ham. Overall, I could've made this at home.

My boyfriend and I came to ihop to get milkshakes and pancakes as a late night snack like we usually do. Our server was Kathia, she took our drink orders then ignored us for another 45 minutes and since her shift was over she decided to just walk out without telling her other employees so that we could be taken care of by someone else. Very rude and inconsiderate. Probably won’t be coming back to this location again. We ended up not ordering any food and just leaving. Oh well, still love ihop and there food. Just wish we got better customer service.

I came for a pickup order tonight and good thing I checked my food before leaving. My food was wrong and missing plates. The guy infront want much help as he only agreed with his coworker who had attitude. Won’t be ordering again

This is an awesome place, we stopped to eat after the Pride parade and we got pride masks with the ???? colors, we loved them. The waited that served us was such a nice and friendly lady, our food was very good and did not take too long to be ready. Two ???? up, way up.

I remember the days when I was living under the steps of the very next block from this IHOP; I have to tell you the people here treat me with such class and Grace as if they don't even remember that I was the same lady that used to Panhandle outside. it is simply amazing that people care enough to still allow you to feel human and understand that care about you have the most delicious delectable bacon steaks you ever want to put your mouth on. Chris went outside and they melt as soon as you put them in your mouth on the inside absolutely amazing the staff the Boris Javier and Christian are absolutely amazing I really really appreciate having breakfast without any social barriers is like just good people serving a good breakfast to another good human. No matter if your trans black white it doesn't matter just the Love is in the breakfast it's just amazing kudos to IHOP.
