Food is amazing and tastes fresh each time I order. The deep dish here is the real deal and their Italian beef sandwich always hits the spot! Anytime I'm craving pizza, Bartoli's is my go-to!

Always the BEST in every way!! The food is always top notch as is the delivery and online ordering experience! Chicago classic thin crust is our all time favorite. We also always get the rigatoni vodka (my son’s favorite) and beer battered fries. We’re so happy Bartoli’s is nearby. They also did catering for my son’s birthday party and everything was PERFECT. Can’t recommend Bartoli’s enough. Always our go to especially when we’re getting back from out of town and miss our Chicago food.

Really good Chicago deep dish pizza. Unfortunately I visited at the end of a pizza tour so couldn't eat the whole slice but I totally would have otherwise.

This pizza is soo GOOD!!???????? My family and I all loved it! I first heard about this place from Luis Gusto's YouTube channel, he had Bartoli's pizza as the top Chicago deep dish pizza place. I decided to try it for my birthday, and I'm so glad I did!!???? Since then I've already gone back, and I'm sure I'll be going again????

The deep dish spinach pizza turned out very wet, I imagine from the spinach not being pre-cooked. But the crust was crisp and the sauce was nice. If you choose to dine-in, the inside is small but clean and has no table service. I overheard someone saying you could order it "well done."

I had great food and service last time. This time the older lady working there kept rudely interrupting and answering questions I had for the young lady at the register about my food. She also seemed very unfriendly and like she kept watching me and listening to everything I said. Needless to say, I felt uncomfortable and decided to change my rating from 5 to 2 stars, because the food was still great and the service at the register was good.

Wow. I’m amazed at how delicious the food was! BEST cheese fries I ever had in my life! From the delicious seasoned fries to the thick creamy cheese omg my mouth is watering typing this! Then the deep dish. AMAZING! The type of bite that has you mesmerized lol. On top of that the manager and rest of the staff are amazing! This is the first time I ever got my food extra hot like it was straight out of the oven. Thank you Bartoli’s for making my night!

I've ordered the same pizza for the last several weeks. Well done - light cheese and has always been spot on! This time someone didn't read the order carefully and missed the "pie cut" and "light cheese" - ended up square cut and too much cheese. Hoping it was a one off.

Disgusting dirty Bartoli's...was out shopping in the area and decided to try this place. Called and placed order for medium pepperoni, calculating that when my last shop would take about 30 minutes. Visited my last store which only took about 5 minutes so I figure I just drive and park on side street while I wait for pizza. As I'm waiting I see the prep area kitchen and prep cook, a few minutes later cook comes out to throw trash out and you guessed it, goes right back to making orders no hands washed. I call to cancel but no one answers, called again few minutes later no answer. They call me an hour and forty five minutes later after the pizza is done. A city health inspector should definitely review this place!
Update: the truth has obviously offended the owner which is unfortunate instead of being humble. Their response doesn't make sense, like how do you know my telephone number from a review? I didn't mention in my review when Bartoli's called me they left a voicemail, so I have that as proof. Disgusting attitude just like the kitchen.

Pizza here is solid, in terms of deepdish it's one of the better options in the neighborhood.
I did order a meatball sandwich from there recently, and the meatballs themselves were fine, better than burger baron but not as good as damatos or bari's. I also ordered waffle fries - they really skimped on the portions here.
Ultimately I'd order pizza again, but maybe not a sandwich and def not the fries again

Have great pizza including by the slice and both thin crust and more importantly, deep dish by the slice which is not easy to find. Prices are great as well. And the reason I always pick them over all the other options is the fact that their customer service is second to none. Nicest people ever!!!!

Phenomenal pizza!! The manager was amazing and they gifted our dinner for our family of 5! We got a deep dish which they even made into the shape of a heart for my daughter. Amazing food and experience for us! We appreciate what you did for us more than you know! Thank you for your kindness and generosity!! Will eat there again for sure!! Crust was delicious!!

Bartoli’s Margherita deep dish will keep me coming back for more! What stands out is the premium mozzarella and the perfect garlic after taste. The deep dish is covered with the cheese and not pizza sauce. It’s a lighter feeling in your stomach than a traditional deep dish. They offer it by the slice. I love it. I love it. I love it too much.

An awesome pizza place. They just opened 2-3 weeks ago. I ordered pick-up for a medium spinach and mozzarella (added sausage) for my wife and myself. You can tell immediately all the ingredients are so fresh. Makes the pizza really delicious. During the current state shut-down, their dining room is closed. It's fairly small, maybe room for a dozen people, but very well designed and cool looking. Customer service is fantastic. They really care about putting out great pizzas and making people happy. Definitely plan on going back soon!
