Take a drive somewhere else do not eat here!!! I purchased a LG Tip and Link combo. The price was $22 and some change, which is fine until I get home and open my meal. The tips were floating in sauce some tender and others were stringy which means they're dried out. Oh did I mention their was 14 pieces of rib tips. No I didn't go back. I did this once before. My decision is to write and post and get ribs from Sunnys and Lems.

They can't seem to get my order right for the life of me. Always ask to fry my wings hard and they're soft as ever ????????♂️ Then you can order a 7 or 10 wing dinner and they're stingy with the fries...to the point you have to order a separate small fry to make up for it. Why should I have to order e tra fries and all you gotta do is at least lone the bottom of the tray with fries. And I wish they'd stop drowning the food in sauce!! You get full off sauce and you've barely had food ????????????♂️

The cashier was very rude. Ordered a bucket of turkey tips, just to get home and have pork instead. Called them to let them know about the food, she said it's nothing they can do and hung up.

Ok went today. I spent 52.00 on garbage. Rib tips were super tough you could not chew them. This place used to be good years ago. Not now. I will never go back.

I order a small turkey tip on Friday 08-06-2021, waited 35 minutes when I was told 10. The food was kinda good sauce was a little tangy but I thought that was on purpose. My mom & I ate the tips fries and my 3 yr old ate fries bread and sauce this was about noonish… we didn’t eat no more that day I felt full all day my baby denied food just wanted water. She woke that next morning throwing up orange fluid and would not stop all day. As Sunday came around the same but now coming out the both ways. Got a call from my mother same for her. Myself the systems started late Sunday evening and I am still suffering as I type! We all have Salmonella poisoning and it had to be from the sauce bc my daughter consumed no meat.! Sorry for the TMI everyone but be careful!

I was duped!! №1 I thought I was @ I-57 Rib House... Instead it was Best Barbecue dba I-57 "Smoke" House... they are so wrong for copying I-57's likeness & should be sued for some type of copyright infringement lol №2 Spent too much on a lackluster experience. The serving size was not sufficient, chicken was soggy & worst of all they sold me chopped turkey tails as turkey tips... disgusting!! The only redeeming factors are the sauce which was decent, the turkey link was just OK and the customer service was good so I gave them an extra star. The experience was not worth calling to complain about as this establishment just does not meet my expectation so I will not be returning.

If a comment could be made with no stars that’s what it would be. Haven’t had this place in YEARS. Me and my fiancé decided to try again since name change and by far the WORST experience EVER. Ordered a tip and link combo and this is what i get served. Manager Alex was quick to attempt to transfer me to another location which was also incorrect. Informed her that I went next door to Black Cat lounge. Will NEVERRRRR go back here AGAIN and hope that they work on customer service. Was advised to bring back but who wants to take a 30 minute drive to return food and experience bad customer service. THANKS BUT NO THANKS

I love Best BBQ. But I had to wait an hour for my order. Even though I called it in. Best BBQ dies a better job if getting it's GrubHub orders out much more quickly. They need to focus on their walking customers

Ordered 2 slabs of ribs, 2 large tips, and 2 large links with sauce on the side. Pick up was faster than expected. The fries tasted like they were a few days old. The meat didn't have the smokey flavor I was looking for. I don't think the meat was 100% grill cooked.

Don’t get me wrong the turkey tips are good, ON CERTAIN DAYS!!! I was told not to go on Tuesday and Thursday’s because the worst cooks are there!!! Well I went on a Saturday and guess what, it taste like I got the left over turkey tips from the night before and the fries were so greasy covered in sauce, not to mention the food was cold. I think that was the last time I will visit Best bbq.

Turkey tips are the best! But its hit or miss on certain days maybe different cooks? Lady at the window shows her dislike for her job better to phone in first so you can pay and leave....

Hello,If you ever been too traveling on the expressway,then see smoke it's not from cars!but from grills!and the food is just as good as the Smell!

About 2 weeks ago they changed their name to I-57 Smoke House. The I-57 on the other side of the expressway is still there.
The staff was pleasant and the food was fresh and delicious.
